I needed my passenger side mirror replaced and Mitch was most helpful. I went in on Tuesday and he ordered it right then. He received it on Wednesday, painted it that afternoon and installed it on Thursday. Great fast service and a good price. Mitch also saw my foggy headlights and lacquered them free of charge. They both look like new! There are plenty of fine-looking cars on the lot at great prices. My family has bought several cars from One Stop Auto Sales over the years and always had good service when needed after the sale. read more

This place is also a body shop which is what this review is for. Our car was in an accident and insurance was paying so we took it to them because they were local and next to Enterprise Rent a Car. Terrible experience! The first time we got the car back there were a few items they did not do and just told us to bring it back. When we did there was a clunking noise when driving it and we let them know. This noise was not there before the accident so obviously had to do wtih that or else they did something while fixing it. It took a while to even get it back to them - they would say bring it back on a certain day and work schedules were rearranged and then when we got there they said oh sorry we are too busy today! Then we tried again - mind you THEY are the ones setting up the appt - and the next time we brought it in and they said Oh sorry we dont have any mechanics on today. HUH??? We said we would wait until one came in thinking it would be soon but he said no one was coming in. We did end up getting it in another time and they did a couple of things but never fixed the clunking because they said they did not know where it was coming from. The fender they put on was also rubbing against the door whenever it was opened. They said they did the best they could. So maybe Auto Sales is their main business and the auto body is subpar because they just fix up cars to sell them. Anyway I do not recommend using them for ANY BODY WORK. Even the insurance company could not believe how incompetent they were. The kicker was they got paid right after we got the car back the first time so they then had no incentive to correct their errors or just do the job right. I strongly suggest that if you ever need body work done go to a true professional at Santos Auto Body in Millis. I have used them for years but this time tried this place because it was so convenient and the car was being brought in by a family member. Didn't work out very well so not doing this again - will always go back to Santos Auto Body. read more

My stepson had an accident and I decided to contact One Stop Auto because of the incredible reputation they have, and not only did they live up to that reputation, but they went beyond that. They made the car look better than it was before the incident, detailed it, cleaned it inside and out, and treated the leather. Mitch kept us informed throughout the process, was courteous and respectful. Since the pandemic, we have been seeing a degradation in customer service across many businesses, but One Stop Auto does not fall into that category. They did all this for a very reasonable price. Incredible experience with One Stop. Had body problem with my Acura RDX. Went to a few other shops and got varying estimates. Some of which were crazy expensive. I got into a car crash and was able to get the car towed right to One Stop Auto Sales. Mitch and Joe were very fast to respond and work on the car as soon as they got the claim. The whole front of the car had to be reconstructed, mounted and painted. When I got the car back I was very impressed with how the car looked and that they took the time to detail it. I recently had a rear cracked bumper and couldn't get a inspection sticker because of it. Joe was very kind and efficiently checked things out right away. He gave me an estimate, taking my fixed income into consideration, but didn't pressure me at all. I was able to get the work done quickly and best of all they did a wonderful job! I took my car to One Stop Auto for what I think was a small job on my Honda CRV. Had great service and my car looked awesome. Then about 1 month later, I was involved in a multi-vehicle crash. No one was hurt (thank goodness) but my car clearly took the hit. Naturally, I had my car towed to One Stop. I knew Robyn would take care of it. After some communication back and forth with my insurance company and a lot of behind the scenes work, Robyn handed me the keys to my car. It looked like a new car. Almost couldn't believe it was the same crashed up car I'd seen being towed away. I can't stress enough, the peace I felt having Robyn and the folks at One Stop take care of everything for me. I never worried, or felt anxious or nervous about anything. I always knew that One Stop would take care of everything. I also appreciated the no-nonsense approach that was extended. Always keeping me updated and in the loop (especially on costs) and always assuring me that all would be taken care of. And it was. Last month or so,our car was hit in a parking lot that caused front end damage to a 2000 Subaru Forester. One Stop Auto said it should take about 4 to 5 days to fix but it ran over to about 12 days or so. They were not at fault here as they had to find parts for an old 2000 vehicle and it was not easy. A major item for the car was actually trucked in from the south - I believe in Alabama or maybe it was Arkansas. The end result was a fantastic job by One Stop Auto and we could not be happier. I have two cars and I bring both of them to One Stop Auto Sales for repairs. The body work done on one of my cars came out looking brand new and the paint matching was perfect. You can't even tell there was body work. A live person always answers the phone and all the guys there are polite gentlemen. They don't upcharge on parts or rip you off with labor costs. My Cadillac was recently hit in a parking lot, scratching the entire right side from bumper to bumper. I brought my car to One Stop Auto Shop and I was so pleased with the outstanding service. They handled the entire process of talking to the insurance company and the only out of pocket cost to me was my deductible set by my insurance company. We had our truck fixed there after an accident. They aligned it and was far being aligned so we brought it back again. Still was pulling to one side. Our insurance company wanted a print out of the alignment and they didn't have one. We brought the truck to a different garage & it was still way off. The truck has not felt right since. About a month ago i bought a vehicle from One Stop Auto and its been a miserable experience. After the purchase i went to another local dealer and failed with four safety concerns. Tie rods, 14 Year old tire and 7 year old tire in rear and no spare tire. Along with those problem i found that my dash doesn't light up. Cant see any of my gauges at night. All four shocks need to be replaced. Brakes in the front need to be re done. It was bought with a salvage title, because of paint damage. The dealer bought it and had it repainted. The paint has already started bubbling on the hood. The only truthful thing i was told is it needs some transmission work due to "hard shifting" But even thats a stretch, need to replace most of the inside components. Had a check engine light on since i bought it. Even found trash under the new bed liner. Dealer took some money off the price and it still isn't worth it. There only response is that it's a used truck Horrible experience. Would never recommend these guys to anyone. read more
