    I was looking for an elusive '22 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands and was striking out. I live in CT and Ford dealers had few and none equipped as desired (darn chip shortage). I did a nationwide search online and found ONE that Franklin Ford had in order unsold. They didn't have the car yet but let me put a deposit on it and low and behold it came in and 1 week early. I worked with Ron who responded almost immediately after my online inquiry and was such a pleasure! Knowledgeable, professional and just so easy to work with. Super efficient! I traveled the almost 90 minutes to do all the paperwork and got excellent financing (low rate), and a thorough walk through of the car. THEN we made plans to meet at a CT DMV location to register the car since there's no temporary plates in Massachusetts. So, I got an impossible car to find, an easy to work with sales pro and delivery service at my local DMV. I don't know what else I could have asked for! 5 stars. I won't be using their service because I live far away.

I saw a post on Craigslist for a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I quickly messaged the seller. The owner of A&M, Willy, got back to me and let me know I could come see the car. When I first got to A&M in Franklin I noticed that there was quite a selection of cars and all were reasonably priced. Willy greeted me and showed me the Jeep I was looking to purchase. He even showed me the other Jeeps he had on the lot upon my request. I eventually bought the car that I first contacted Willy about which was a white Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo in good condition. I paid $2600. Willy was extremely nice the entire time. He told me that he does not like to push his customers into buying a vehicle they do not want, and I greatly appreciated that! He allowed me to put a deposit on the car and I returned the next day to pick the car up. A&M is located in a nice area of Franklin. Although it is a "no frills" kind of place, I still find it to be exceptional. I have already recommended a few people here and will continue to do so. By the way, it has been about a month and a half and I have had no problems with my new car! I have already taken it on a 400 mile road trip up into the mountains and the car really performed. I am very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend anyone to check out A&M for their next car!!

Come in tomorrow at 2 o'clock and she told him I definitely want the car. I am coming in to buy it. We went by there at 1:30 PM on June 4 and nobody was there, but she received a text saying the car has been sold and then she got blocked. What kind of business does this to somebody? My daughter has been without a car for 16 months. And really needed this car how between 11 PM on Wednesday night and 130 on Thursday afternoon. Did the car get sold when she was told they weren't even opening until 2 PM??! Buyers beware!

    I didn't actually buy a car here, so I can't speak to the quality of their inventory. But I was…read morevery impressed by the experience I had and would certainly go back. I was on a very tight budget and arrived to find that the car I was looking for had been sold. However, John found another one that was in my price range (and seemed a lot better than the one I had been thinking of). I test drove it and liked it a lot. Because I was on a tight budget, I asked John if I could have the car inspected by a mechanic before I sunk most of my savings into it. He agreed and let me drive it off the lot to the family mechanic at a dealership in another town. The mechanic found it in good condition, but also discovered some issues with the car that would eventually require me to invest a fair amount of money in repairs (which I partly expected because of the low price). John offered to absorb the cost for the ones that needed to be done quickly. In the end, I didn't buy the car for entirely unrelated reasons, but if circumstances had permitted, I would have. Basically, what I liked about the experience was this: - John was laid back and did not pressure me to buy the car - or any car. When I told him I was no longer interested, that was that - no last minute deals. At the same time, the service was personalized, and he seemed genuinely interested in making it work out. - As I mentioned, I was able to take it off the lot and have it checked out on my terms. I didn't have to rely on his word for the condition of the car, and I could make a fully informed decision. - I spent almost a week thinking about the car and exploring other options, and John's seemed the best value for the money (in my very non-expert opinion). In short, John allowed me to get all the facts I needed and gave me the space to think about whether or not I wanted to move forward. It was completely the opposite of what I had expected from a used car dealer, and I'd definitely go back another time.
