I purchased an oil change deal from LimelightDeals.com and redeemed that Deal last week at Ralphs. I also noted to the technician to please check my brakes and a leak coming from my engine. I was leaving for vacation and only had about an hour of time in between flights the following day for an update on what work needed to be done. The tech staff met my time constraints and thoroughly inspected my car and made repair recommendations. I am very grateful for the pleasant staff and excellent repair work at an affordable rate. I highly recommend Ralph's Auto Center. Excellent pricing and they make sure that your car is in good running condition before you drive it off the lot. They handled all the RMV paperwork too. Tammy is great to deal with. Very upfront, nothing hidden between the lines. Ralph was also great to deal with. The service department is also outstanding. read more

By FAR the best used car dealership I've ever had the pleasure of working with, was looking at a car from them that I ended up not buying but Andrew was so helpful and genuinely friendly, even after I told him I found a different car, he was happy for me, they are genuinely invested in the customers best interest, and not entirely on making a profit. Deserves 100 stars, if I ever am looking for a car in the future or if anybody I know is, Ralph's is the first place I'm recommending. read more

My son just purchased his first vehicle from Ralph's. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire experience. Ralph and Tammi walked us through the whole process step by step with the financing, insurance, paperwork and down payments. No surprises- they are honest and went over and beyond to make things work for someone just starting out without an established credit history. Thank you Ralph and Tammi! I've never seen Kevin so happy. read more

I purchased my car from Ralph's 3 years ago and continue to have my car serviced by them since and it was one of the best decisions I ever made . Everyone at the shop is professional and friendly and treats you like family. Ulysses is awesome and always takes care of his customers. I wouldn't know what I would do without Ralph's and I'm so grateful to have them as a business to go to here in New Bedford. This is the best place to buy and have your car serviced not only in New Bedford but Massachusetts and It's not even close no one can compare to these guys - Alex with the honda read more

This place is absolutely the best!!!! On May 17th 2014 I purchased a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT with 70,000 miles on it for $8000. I found out about this place from my uncle he bought a car for his daughter from here and he was very pleased told me to come check out this place. I went down looked at the van test drove the van spoke with Andrew great guy to talk to very honest no pressure. This van came with a 3 month warranty serpentine belt and tensioner needed to be replaced about 2 months later. I called Andrew asked if he would replace it he said sure come on down I will take care of it for you. My husband and I recently bought a car from Ralph's. We have to say we were totally impressed with how fast and easy it was. I recommend Ralph's without a doubt! Thanks Andy and Tammi! read more

I spent weeks meeting with awful, condescending, manipulative Honda dealers in the area. They tried to tell me that "small Mom & Pop dealers" would screw me over and sell me damaged, problem vehicles that the larger dealers want to get rid of. I recently bought a 2016 Honda Civic from Ralph's, and the experience could not have been better. It's the exact car I wanted, in better shape than any used car I had seen at any one of the certified Honda dealerships (we pretty much went to them all). Andrew got the ball rolling and agreed to hold it for me as I got my ducks in a row, and Tammy was absolutely incredible in facilitating the speedy service/registration of my new car the very next day. I would recommend these lovely people to anyone. read more

Ralph, Andy, and Tammi are wonderful, and made car-buying an easy and enjoyable experience! They were laid back and fair - unlike many other used car dealerships I had been to, they had no problem letting me bring the 2007 Toyota Highlander I wanted to buy to my auto mechanic (65 miles away) to make sure it was in good shape, and Ralph was very accommodating and flexible, coming in on a Sunday as this was the best day for us to pick up the car. Called the location for a vehicle, stated still available for sale, arrived 40 minuets later , I was told the vehicle was with the owner. Walked the lot and found the vehicle in the Garage Bay Area with the hood up. 120 minuet round trip 50 plus miles = 1 star, being honest and professional will go a long way. read more

I bought an amazing car at Ralphs Auto and was impressed with the quick service and turn around time to do the sell. I run numerous cars report on the car and they all came fabulous like I was told at the auto center. Great quality and service. Excellent prices. I called a few other local auto dealers and even went to their places, but most of them just tried to take my money and nothing to offer. Ralps Auto is the place to be, they also have some amazing antique cars, its like you can go in and see them yourself. read more

I bought a 2000 Jeep Cherokee here this week. I was looking for one of these in particular and drove to Ralph's from Boston, because I found one in great shape for the right price. Andrew was up front about what needed to be done on the car to get it into top shape and their mechanics did all the work needed on it before handing it over to me. He repaired the headliner, which was sagging, and did a protective undercoat too - all included in the price! This was my first time buying a car, and he was very helpful as far as all the logistics go, since I was learning the process as we went along. Andrew was trustworthy and didn't pressure me on anything. Definitely recommend! read more

The best customer service you could ever ask for. Got my first car from them and they made it painless & stress-free. Go support this family business, you won't be disappointed! read more

I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla from Ralph's a week ago. I came by myself as a younger female and never felt pressured. Andy listened to what I was looking for and respected my budget. There were no awful sales tactics. I left with a great car at a fair price and I know this because I did thorough research before coming in. I was able to bring the car to my mechanic in Middleboro and the minor concerns were taken care of with no haggling on the already agreed upon price. Andy was sure to share any known issues with the cars. They were kind, honest, professional, organized and had good communication. I would not hesitate to buy from Ralph's again. I refered a friend and they found the same positive experience and have also purchased from Ralph's! read more

Bought a Ford Ranger 2006 with about 56,000 miles from Ralph's Auto Center about a month ago. I really can't describe in words how trustworthy and professional the people at Ralph's were. The people at Ralph's from the mechanics to the owner Ralph himself helped me from start to finish. Since this was my first car buying experience I was a bit skeptical of the used car buying process as whole (after visiting some less than reputable businesses) Ralph's made my car buying experience hassle and pain free. After seeing the Ford Ranger 2006 on an automobile listing site I immediately called Ralph's to put a hold on the truck. I expressed my concern about the rotting and rust problems on the undercarriage of the Ford Rangers (almost all trucks for that matter). Ralph the owner himself took it upon himself to jack the truck up with his mechanics and look at the undercarriage taking pictures and sending them to me to help ease my worries. But here's where Ralph's deserves more than a 5 star review: after the owner Ralph sent the pictures to reassure me of a clean rust and rot free frame, he took it upon himself to coat the underside of the truck to help protect from future rust and to sure up my frame for the years to come. To get this done was an $800+ job that he charged nothing for. From the office manager Tammi, to Ralph's son Andy and even to the head owner Ralph himself I couldn't be more happy with the truck I bought and the people at Ralph's Auto Center who made my first car buying experience the best it could have been. If you're looking for a professional and trustworthy used car buying experience give Ralph's a call. read more

Don't recommend this dealer. I bought a car at Ralph's a year ago and then I have to visit them almost every two month for all kinds of "small" problems. If their price is "Fair", there must be a reason! read more

We live in NH and my husband drove to Ralph's after seeing an ad for a flatbed truck at a great price. Not only did he purchase it, but the owner himself delivered it in person to our home in NH with a full tank of fuel and sparkling clean inside & out and with new tires! We couldn't believe the amazing service & honesty we found in Ralph's. I would highly recommend going there and making a purchase as well! Better than any big car lot around, and we own a business with many trucks so we should know! Thank you Ralph for such an awesome experience!!! and Happy Easter too!! read more

Oh the airplane noise is the rear differential. It needs to be replaced because the previous owner beat the crap out of this truck. GREAT!! I just found out the story behind the purchase of this GMC. I was told that the truck was owned by an older man and it was MINT upon purchase. Well, turns out a man named Lebow previously owned this truck and traded it in because...THE REAR END WAS BAD. Best part of it all? Andrew KNEW the rear end was bad and sold it. Then he left me a lovely voicemail blaming me for breaking the truck, stating that I took it mudding. Shady, dirty used car salesman!! . If you are thinking about purchasing your vehicle here, turn around and RUN!!! You will be told whatever you want to hear so this man can make a sale. read more

One stars a gift from yelp since you have to give it at least one star .Buy from here if you want to get SCREWED. Bought a car from then Jan 21, with a "Gwc" warranty. By April the cars engine was toast and the GWC warranty was not ever submitted. After calling Andrew out on it, he threw Tammy under the bus and said it was her fault do deal with her. After Arguing with GWC about the warranty and Andrews fraudulent activities with customers money paid towards their warranty GWC agreed Ralphs was wrong and offered to pay for the cars repair after and inspection. Knowing their sketchy behavior and inadequate mechanics I requested to have my own mechanic there as well as myself for the inspection. After being told on Mon by Tammy the inspector would be there Tuesday or Wednesday I found out Tuesday am the inspector in fact had already shown up earlier that Monday before she had told me he called her. Furthermore Ralph's mechanics wrongfully diagnosed the cars mechanical breakdown to the inspector and blamed it on a damaged intercooler pipe, however the intercooler pipe was really the line for the air filter, and the mechanical failure was nothing to do with the aged deteriorated part. Stay away from them, their lack of morals are the reason used car dealers have the poor image they do. Enjoy the pic of the car being towed from Ralph's with a blown motor less than 4 months after buying it. read more
