I happened upon Landes Family Auto Sales through an Internet search, and we visited to test drive a few vehicles soon afterwards. Brent was awesome to deal with. He spent time answering our questions, priced his vehicles fairly, and it is very obvious that he puts a lot of care and effort into finding quality used cars for his customers. We ended up purchasing a RAV from Landes Family Auto Sales and have been really happy with the car. Brent made the whole car buying experience as pain-free as possible, and we will definitely consider purchasing from him again the next time we need a vehicle.

Brent had the nerve to tell me that dealers "don't negotiate on the price anymore."That's funny given the fact that I just had another dealer come down $1300... On top of that there's reviews saying that he's negotiated before.. His disrespectful ass also told me that It would be $700 to have the car shipped to me. He then went on to say that he could've told me that it was $900 and could've pocketed the extra $300. WHO SAYS THAT?!? Brent also said that he was having a mechanic come in to look at a specific concern that I had. When I asked him to send me the documentation of the diagnostic report, he sent me a dead link. On top of all the excuses, Brent is a very rude car salesman who does NOT allow you to speak and will constantly talk over you because he thinks he knows better than you. My car was there for 2 days, when I went to pick it up I was met by the receptionist, an 80 year old man who seems like the owner. The moment I showed up he was busy with a phone call that took about 40 mins, I was never acknowledged, I just had to stand there awkwardly until he was done with his call. That was me giving him the benefit of the doubt. After that he gave me my bill and told me that my car won't be able to get out until the next day because it was under snow and there was a car in front of it, which I understood. Then comes the next day I show up and same energy, the older man was talking to one of his colleagues for like 30 mins while I listened to their whole conversation, gave me the car keys, and expected me to go about my day. Long story short he over charged me double the price of how long my car was there.
