The moment I showed up he was busy with a phone call that took about 40 mins, I was never acknowledged, I just had to stand there awkwardly until he was done with his call. That was me giving him the benefit of the doubt. After that he gave me my bill and told me that my car won't be able to get out until the next day because it was under snow and there was a car in front of it, which I understood. Then comes the next day I show up and same energy, the older man was talking to one of his colleagues for like 30 mins while I listened to their whole conversation, gave me the car keys, and expected me to go about my day. Long story short he over charged me double the price of how long my car was there. The only thing I can say is pay attention and ask all the questions that come to your head, this man has years of experience and knows how, what, and who makes him money.

He said well of you had insurance just wait until they determine if they will pay so you don't have to. I explained I only had liability and the insurance is giving me the feeling they are declaring my driver at fault leaving me no coverage to fix my car or pay the storage fees and I have the money to pay the storage now before it gets too expansive and I can not pay it but even thought my car was totaled I still wanted my vehicle. He gave me his word that he would stop storage fees and once it was settled with insurance we will go from there. Months later the insurance said they was not paying and when I called Tom he said Kayla its been too long do you really think I would hold your car all this time without any storage fees and I said yes actually because that is what you offered me, I was ready and willing to get my car @ $300 but now you are saying at least $800 and I explained I did not have anymore that what you said you was freezing it at. So I had to sign my vehicle over to Tom to clear my debt with him. Almost 1 year later and Tom fixed my vehicle and had it on the lot ready to sell ! He is a con artist!
