Battery installed without cleaning connections results in a dead battery....great service!
    Bob G.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! I purchased a Pontiac G6 convertible in April and am totally dissatisfied with my experience.  I road tested the car and the salesman told me that the car had already been gone through by their service department. Well I gave it a quick once over and found all of the tires were on the warning bars which doesn't pass MA state inspection. I found the brakes also in questionable condition grinding and pulsating on the road test. The salesman said he would let Tony, the general manager, know but didn't know if he would do anything with the car already been serviced in their shop. Well then I was introduced to Tony who told me the car hadn't been serviced. I asked to have good tires put on I [the car because my daughter would be driving it long distances to work, and he told me they only use Black Iron tires on their used cars. I asked for money off the car and I'd take care of the tires and brakes. He refused. Well I wanted the car for my daughter so I figured I would get the brakes and tires I felt safe with her driving safely with on her long commute. Then I asked if it had factory remote start as indicated on the window sticker. He insisted the window sticker was just something an outside advertisement company printed up for them. I asked to see the remotes for the car, which was indicated on the window sticker, and was told they didn't have any for the car. Also there was only 1 key for the vehicle, I asked for a second key and was told no because of the cost. Mind you on the road test the salesperson said to me so many people are repeat customers because Ted's makes sure their customers are happy!! Again I decided I would take care of these issues myself after the sale because Tony was very rude and adamant he wouldn't address my concerns. I'm pretty sure that anything that is indicated on the window sticker should go with the car. I'll be in touch with the Better Business Bureau to find out for sure. Now I purchased the car and was promised by Tony that he would have someone drive it to my home in Bridgewater so I could surprise my daughter. Now the day I was supposed to pick up the car, I had not heard from them at 4:30. I called and was told everything was all set. I got to the dealership and was told I had no one to bring the car to my place. I asked to speak with Tony and was told he went home. Perfect! I'm seeing that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY, YOU'RE NOT A CONCERN!! Well I get in the car and found an eighth of a tank of fuel!!! Now the next day the battery is dead. I looked and saw a new battery but the connections were corroded. Then I noticed the tires scraping while making turns. Turns out the wrong sized tires were put on the car!! When I went to remove the tires I found the factory lug nut wrench did not fit the oversized lug nuts. The factory lug nuts are 3/4", the aftermarket lug nuts are 13/16ths! What a predicament I would have been in if I had gotten a flat on the road! Great safety check!! When I got the tires off the car, I discovered that it had lowering springs and spacers installed on the car. I question how a passing state inspection sticker was put on the car??? Then about 3 weeks getting the car the check engine light came on and while checking out the car I found the oil down about 2 quarts!! It had an oem oil filter on the car and the oil was quite dirty. Did they even change the oil & filter?? I changed the oil & filter and haven't had any issues pertaining to low oil level since. If you purchase a vehicle here, which I highly don't recommend, bring the car to your own state inspection station to ensure a proper inspection. BUT MY ADVICE HERE IS TO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!! Don't put yourself in the predicament I put myself in. Oh, I was never called after the purchase to see if I was happy with my experience there. And to let you know you're getting screwed they give you a corkscrew!!! Update**** In response to the dealership's post on Google, why would I return to be treated so poorly on the sale of the car?? They deleted my photos on Google documenting Ted's short comings on inadequate repairs and not adressing safety issues that shouldn't have passed state inspection*** just an FYI

I bought my wife this beautiful Jeep Cherokee at Ted's Auto Sales. Tony was a pleasure to deal with and he made the whole process go as smoothly and easily as possible. Definitely will buy here again..

Went to pick it up and was told they couldn't update cause the aux was broke and they had to order a new part. I said ok. Was promised a call as soon as it came in to schedule an appt. May 15 finally get a call back saying they have the part. We schedule an appointment and I ask if it's possible to get a loaner. This place is not near home and I don't have an abundance of free time. She says that's fine and says everything's all set. Day for drop off comes and there is no loaner and I don't have any time to bring the vehicle. Service guy says do it over the summer after his unwillingness to work with me at all and says loaners aren't offered (which would be fine but telling me they had one and then leaving me with nothing after a 30 min drive not ok). After my husband calls on my behalf and I'm scrambling to try to find a ride home, they say to take the car home. They'll pick it up and put gas in it for me and it'll be ok. I'm optimistic so I do but have to have it go through my husband because I'll be at work all day. The rental he receives is covered in dog hair (husband is highly allergic), it's absolutely filthy. Get to the dealership and tell them about the hair. Their response "we're Subaru, our customers have dogs." While they did not fill up the gas as promised they didn't forget to ask if I filled up their rentals tank. My husband went back to tell them the car was without the gas they promised and was kicked out of the location because they felt fixing the vehicle I received defective was doing me "a favor" even though it's under their warranty. I will never be back. The way they speak to people is unacceptable and to expect me to drive back and forth three times to a place 30+ min away like I've not got anything better to do is unreasonable. Cliff the service manager was extremely rude and never fulfilled his promises and Sid there are 52 other Subaru dealerships and they don't need our business. We own 3 Subarus and have 6 in the family and I have 4 coworkers that have one. He will be sure to see none of us.

Right away I knew this was going to be a good experience. Junior was very helpful and extremely respective, he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had and make sure I was happy. I made an appointment to see the car later that week, however my scheduled change at the last minute and I showed up much earlier than planned and unannounced. Unfortunately Junior was out of the office running to RMV for another customer. No Problem because Mary and the other Car Connections Staff jumped right in to help me out and let me take the car for Test Drive and again more nice people. The Jeep they had was Very Clean, had a GREAT CARFAX report (which they gladly showed me, even though I had check it out myself on line with my CARFAX account before hand. The Jeep was Extremely well priced (made impossible to say no to this deal :). I left after the test drive, no pressure, handed the keys back to Mary, said thank you and told her I wanted to think about it some more and to have Junior Call me. Junior followed up with me the next day just to make sure i was taken care of ask if I had anymore question he could answer. When I decided to buy the Jeep later that day. I told Junior I wouldn't be able to pick up the car for a few days as I didn't have a ride to the dealership. Junior said no problem, he would deliver the car to my house, so Junior drove the vehicle to my house with his Wife in her car following him (for reference I live at least 60 miles from the dealership and it was after 7:30 pm) all of this so I wouldn't be troubled. BOTTOM LINE This was easily the best car buying experience I have had in 40 years! Junior and his team are OUTSTANDING. No Hassle, No Pressure. Just Great Customer Service, Great Cars and Great Prices. I Highly Recommended AAA+++ checking them out. PS They Take Great Car of Military Veterans :)

Take note of the low rating of this business everyone; there is a good reason for it. The only…read morereason I give Empire Hyundai 2 stars instead of 1 is because I had a good and informative test drive. The rest of my experience here was pretty awful. They claim they can work with you if your credit isn't great, but that is not accurate. What they will do is ask to run your credit report, and come back with outrageous offers and "requirements" for you to purchase a car when the rating is less than stellar. I know their offers were complete BS, because when I bought my current car, I was offered a much more reasonable deal under very similar credit circumstances. In fact, I had far more money down this time around, and they still couldn't make anything happen within reason. The truth is, this dealership only wants to work with you if you have great credit. If you don't, they think you will be naive enough to fall for an absolutely ridiculous monthly payment or an insane amount of $$ down to make things happen. They will also use the bank lenders as a scapegoat for these bum offers, claiming its not them but the bank lenders that are going to require this, that and the other. The ol "its not us, its them" trick. Steer clear of this place folks, you can do much better.
