Do not trust this company. Scammer and very dishonest. My 1st one star review unfortunately.

(The pictures are out of order for some reason but I labeled them even if it's pretty obvious)…read more So this is my 2008 Toyota Camry. It's nothing fancy but I love this car a lot and it means a lot to me. It used to be the car my grandparents drove me around in when I was little. I won't ramble too much about it's backstory but long story short my grandmother has since passed and my grandfather gifted it to me when I got my license. So in April I was in a really bad accident. I got nailed pretty bad in the passenger side. It was bad enough that the engine shut off and my hazard lights turned on automatically. Anyways, the insurance company totaled it and I was devastated but not really surprised because its a 2008. I've gotten work done by Dave & his employees in the past because of a minor fender bender and my parents have gotten all of their cars from him in the past so I felt that he was the best person to bring it to. Fast forward a couple days when he got back from vacation he DID advise that I don't bother with it because of where it got hit and the amount of money in damages it was. I explained my situation and the sentimental value of the car to him and persisted that I was more than willing to pay out of pocket whatever the difference was between what the job was worth and what the insurance gave me. He agreed to fix it and even still he insisted I would not pay more than what the insurance company gave me and after a couple of weeks I went to pick it up and my total was 700$ less than what the insurance company gave me and over 1000$ less than what the appraiser said the damages were! I still had a couple of minor issues with the interior afterwards and he fixed all of those too without charging me another dime. Overall, Dave took care of my wallet and my car and I couldn't be more grateful for his willingness to help me out in a tough spot, and the quality of the work done on my vehicle. I hope I don't have to go to his shop anytime soon again lol but god forbid anything happens to my car again I 100% know where I'm taking it. Everyone that works there is very nice and show genuine compassion for their customers. If anyone reading this just smashed up their car and want it back new without having to sell a kidney, this is definitely the place to go. Once again thank you Dave for helping me out I REALLY didn't want to lose this car.

Sold me a 2019 Jeep Compass with an active check engine light…read more I'll start with the obvious- there was a fog light out which they "fixed" (it's still out). Also, the check engine light would come on and off starting just two days after purchasing the car. Along with the light came the loss of controls to the HVAC systems as well as the radio- so if you were cold and in the mood to turn up in your vehicle in the AM, you better have that same energy when you're driving home from work or it is going to be a MISERABLE ride. So I brought it to the dealership's attention right away being mindful of lemon law restrictions in regards to how long (60 days in my case) you are covered. Now's a good time to mention that Dennis commented at one point that the lemon law would only cover safety related issues. Well now I've got no turn signals and no control of my heat as we head into a New England winter- sounds safe. As luck would have it (for Ted's), the light wasn't actively on the morning I brought it in to get checked so I was essentially turned away and told to come back (25 min. drive) the next time it came on. The next time it came on and I was available to bring the car in I did so. Now pay attention. Dennis says he'll have to have his "Jeep guy" look at it whenever he's available stating there's a chance that won't be until 5PM. He knew damn well it was going to be at 5PM because that's what ended up "happening" after my car sat in their lot all day (Dennis admitted he ended up not coming until he got out of his actual job around the corner at 5). I then receive a call at 5:45 with GREAT NEWS- the Jeep guy came, did a "software update", and the problems solved! The problem is not solved. Nothing was fixed. No f**** were given. Bottom line- I believe they were fully aware of the car's issue when I bought it and hoped the light would stay off for just a couple months (try two days). I haven't reached out again for their help just because I don't trust a thing they say or do. If you're asking me, go somewhere else! Never again.
