I highly recommend Mikes Auto Body, the owner Mike and Steven did a great job, i will be a customer for life. I had a great experience with Mikes Auto body on two separate occasions. The first occasion occurred in August when someone reversed into my vehicle, i was referred to Mikes Auto Body by a family member who was a previous customer of Mikes Auto Body and was very happy with their service and work. When i brought my vehicle to Mikes Auto Body i was greeted by a friendly, professional customer advocate named Steven Medeiros. Steven made the entire process of getting my vehicle repaired as smooth and convenient for me as possible, answered all my questions. When i went to pick up my vehicle about a week later I was very satisfied my vehicle was absolutely beautiful, the body shop did an amazing job you could not even tell the car was in an accident. The car looked great and drove great, i left there very happy, satisfied and thankful for the great job they did. A short time after this occured, i was unfortunately involved in a car accident that resulted in my vehicle being a total loss. The car accident occured out of state in the middle of the night (around 2am on a saturday). Luckily, after getting my car repaired at Mikes Auto Body in August they placed a sticker on my windshield with the name and phone number to "All day and all night towing" I immediately called "All day and all night towing", the towing company that is associated with Mikes auto body. Yes, it was a little after 2am, it was a saturday and i was out of state. When i called "All day and all night towing", they answered right away, they were friendly, caring, and they told me they were on their way. I did not have to wait long before a tow man from "All day and all night towing" showed up. He showed up faster than any other tow I've ever had to get in the past even with it being 2am and with him having a long drive. The tow man was very friendly, caring, very efficient at doing his job and did his job very well. Im thankful for this tow man and for the rep i spoke with from the tow company that morning, they were the nicest tow man and tow company representative i've ever encountered. They made the entire tow process as easy and convenient for me as possible. After having my car towed to Mikes Auto body, Steven Medeiros followed up with me next business day and assisted me with all necessary paperwork, making the process yet again as smooth and convenient for me as possible. Both Steven M and the owner of Mikes auto body, his name is Mike provided me with great customer service the entire time. They answered all my questions and concerns and they both went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of while i continuously contacted them (and probably bugged them) with questions and concerns for about 26 days from my accident while we waited for my insurance company to complete my claim. (my insurance company took forever and kept me waiting due to their own negligence). The entire time of waiting for insurance company to do what they had to do, Mikes Auto Body was kind, professional, caring, honest and reliable to me. I cannot say enough great things about Mike's Auto Body. I was in a car accident in December. My car was towed to my tire shop to have the damage assessed initially because I was hit at the wheel and I did not have an auto body shop. After speaking to my insurance, I learned it needed to be towed to an auto body shop. I chose Mike's because of great reviews online. My experience began by me speaking to the friendliest receptionist I have ever encountered, Jenny. She walked me through the whole process and set my expectations for the experience. She asked me if I needed a rental car. I told her that I did, but that the person who had hit my car hadn't filed with her insurance yet. Despite this (and me being only 24 at the time of my accident), Jenny and Mike worked to get me in a car by that evening. Mike even stayed open late to accommodate me that evening. As with most accidents, as they began working more damage was uncovered. They worked quickly with the insurance companies to order parts and work on my car. I was called once about damage to my front bumper that was unrelated to the accident. Mike ended up buffing out that dent for free while he had my car. I was ecstatic to hear when my car was ready. I was called on a Friday evening and was unable to make it into the shop that night. Instead I picked up my car the following morning. It snowed that night, yet my car was detailed inside and out when I picked it up. This indicated to me that not only had they washed the exterior on the Friday - but they had also washed it on Saturday to make it look perfect for my reunion. When I picked up my car Mike also offered me a free oil change. I have now used that voucher and again their service and friendliness did not disappoint. They truly know the value of customer service and customer appreciation. I had rented a car for a road trip I was taking and tapped the bumper as I was parking. I was hesitant to go through my insurance company since the damage was minor and would be very close to my deductible. After checking out a few reviews, I called Mike's to see if they could estimate the damage for me. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but am always concerned about being taken advantage of as a woman dealing with car dealerships and repairs. Mike called me back personally and made arrangements to assess the damage on the car within the hour! This was all the more impressive when I arrived at the shop and saw how incredibly busy the shop was. Despite having so many customers to attend to, the service I received from Mike and his staff was extremely courteous, attentive, timely and professional. This is completely different than the experience I have had with some chain repair shops (ie Pepboys) where they are rude or can never fit you in despite having later hours. Not only was the level of service exceptional, but Mike really took care of me on the price of the repair. I agree with previous reviewers who say that Mike has to be one of the nicest people left on the planet. I found him to be extremely conscientious -- he even took my contact information out of earshot of the other customers (all male) out of concern for my safety as a woman. He's simply a top notch guy and that is reflected in the quality of work and overall customer experience. I was traveling on 195 E. in the high-speed lane and a deer jumped out in front of me. Totally stressed out I made it to the breakdown lane the damage was quite extensive to the front. After checking the ratings I talked to Mike's Auto Body and called my insurance went through all the proper steps. Mike's Auto Body was very helpful during this stressful time. All the employees were polite and professional. Everything ran smooth and in a very reasonable time I had my truck back. The front looked brand new awesome job guys. Because they did such a good job with this accident, I had some custom work done. Cab Viser, Lighted running boards, bug shield and fender guards. Also custom painting. Steve Medeiros was awesome and help me through all the custom work giving me opinions keeping in touch with the parts would come in. They gave me a tour of the place which was very impressive all the employees there were awesome. I thank the guys that did the custom work they are good at their job. I'm not done yet, Part of Mike's auto body is Jason's auto repair, located in the same building they work together to get your vehicle maintained and any damage repaired. I needed a starter, a complete power steering unit, and a battery. This had to be done before the custom work was started. Both departments worked together to get all this work done for me. I recently took my vehicle to mikes auto body with sever damage to my tail end of my car the damage estimated to be more than the car was worth so i was concerned. Little did i know how generous and caring the mikes autobody staff could be especially one man in particular. Steven Medeiros helped me to not only reduce the cost of my repairs but insure my money back if not satisfied the damage on the car looked irreversible but he incouraged his mechanics to give it a really good try and he ended up making my accura look like a brand new vehicle frssh off the lot and even cleaned the interior for me. I flew in from Fort Lauderdale Florida to purchase a 1968 Camaro in Westport and needed someone to give me a professional opinion on the condition of the car. I found Mike's shop online and called them in the late evening. Mike was nice enough to come and see the vehicle after shop hours. He invited me to his shop in next morning. His son towed the car to their shop and pointed out some important facts I should know about the 68 Camaro. I was impressed with their level of knowledge about the restoration process on these classic cars. Most important their integrity and professionalism were commendable. We needed to overhaul a fairly beat up utility van (big Sprinter model), making it presentable enough to represent our company as a mobile show-room of sorts. The van had seen some heavy industrial use (we're a manufacturing company), and it really showed. Honestly, we weren't even sure it could be made to look like something we were proud of. We we wrong. After I bringing in my SUV scratch to get fixed at Mike's, my girlfriend wanted to bring her Jeep in to have the hinges looked at. They were rusted and we had a difficult time finding anyone in the area that would even look at it because of the rust. Steven Medeiros once again made the process very easy and was able to find a quick solution to have this fixed. The hinges look completely new and my girlfriend was thrilled with how they came out. Steven also went above and beyond to get us an inspection sticker that was needed while we waited to for the car to be fixed and even cleaned the inside of the car. This was my first visit to Mike's in correcting a front bumper crack. Steve demonstrates A+ customer service. He was on the mark always. If I asked him a question through text I got answer right back. He ensured that my experience with correcting the cracked bumper would go off with out a hitch. He did not disappoint. These guys stand by their work and then some.I had some rust work done a little less than a year ago and the paint started showing signs of bubbling (not any of their initial work caused this). I called Mike's up and spoke to Steve. He had me come right down to check it out. He pointed out a bunch of other stuff and made an appointment right away. Their team went above and beyond the warranty stipulations and charged a fair price for the additional work they found was needed.There are not many businesses out there with credible customer service these days, but Mike's team is awesome. I wanted to hug everyone in the shop, a little dramatic but hey they did a great job. I went to a few other places to check out prices no one had lower, steve at the front was so helpful to the point where he gave me a whole printout of what I needed, what would be getting fixed, and how much for all the indiviual things I needed. Like how great is that. You know what you're paying for. They had it done ina timely manner, no stalling around, even let me check it out while being worked on! I was referred to Mike's Auto by a friend to fix a small cosmetic area to my front bumper. The price was 100$ cheaper than the auto body shop next door and the service was fantastic! Not only does the outside of my car look brand new again, the inside does too. They were fast and more than accommodating. I primarily worked with Mike the owner & Steve who were up front and polite and well exceeded my expectations. All other staff members were readily available asking if I needed any assistance as well. My mother-in-law recommended I go to Mike's to see if they could fix the hood latch on my 2009 Kia Spectra. I wouldn't lock. Both Steve and Mike looked at it, assessed that all it needed was some lubricating and adjusting. Within 45 minutes I was able to open and close the hood so that it was locked. They recommended the lubricant to use and how often to use it. I would highly recommend Mike's Auto Body Service to anyone for any kind of work.
