Not to overlook the perfection with the repair to my bumper these artists did, but I really really want to tell you about the over and above customer service. I got rear ended with my brand new 2025 Santa Cruz after a week of having it. A few hours later, Russ already had my truck on a flatbed, headed to his shop in Westport and had coordinated a rental with my insurance company. He kept in contact with me during all the repairs every step of the way, helping me with some advice with other car related stuff. After being in a fender bender, I called my State Farm agent to file a claim and asked for the name of a body and paint shop to do the repairs. The agent told me that under the policy I was free to pick any Body and Paint shop I wanted but when I asked for which one they had the best experience with, the gal immediately said Five Star Body and Paint in Tucson. After using them for the needed work, I can easily see why she recommended them. The quality of their work and the friendly, efficient service they give are amazing. Since I live in Green Valley, they asked if I would like their estimator to come to my home instead of my driving there. The estimator came to my home and when the work was authorized sent someone to pick-up the vehicle to have the work done. No extra charge for that service. The work done was perfection and when my vehicle was delivered back to me, it had been fully detailed inside and out, including cleaning of the carpets. It hasn't looked this good in years.
