I had been referred to this body shop for my cars repairs and when I called the owner immediately sent a tow truck from warren RI to Quincy MA and pick me and my car up, the driver dropped me off at home and the rest was taken into the hands of the men at the business. They started repairing my car the minute the insurance appraiser left their shop. My car looks phenomenal and they even fixed a couple of things that I had been missing when i purchased the car. Overall my experience with them was great, everything went smoothly and I will return to them in the future if I ever need their services again. But earlier this year I took my 2013 BMW 750 Li back to United Collision and they completely damaged my black paint. I am so furious at the awful workmanship and disrespectful manner in which I have been treated. After the 4th attempt (yes the 4th attempt) to repair the damage they did to my paint, I thought my car was repaired. It looked great. Thankfully it rained later that same day which revealed that they only masked the scratches and swirls with black wax! It only rained and my car looked like crap. The very next morning I returned to the shop and was told by Micky (manager) " What else do you want us to do? You liked it yesterday. What do you want?! We don't know what else to do, sorry! Micky has no respect for me as a customer or as a woman. He was aggressive, evasive, and nonchalant every time I encountered him! Interacting with him was very difficult and I refuse to speak to him again. He treated me as if I damaged his CAR! After the 4th attempt to correct the damages, they then tried admitting to only damaging my hood and bumper. Now I'm being told that their repairs (scratches and swirls) meet industry standards. Since when do new parts with fine scratches and swirls meet anyone's standard? This is unacceptable service. United Collision is bullying me because they believe they can leave me damaged! They have their money, why would they care? United Collision Center (Duluth) has No Integrity. I wish I would have never taken my car there. They replaced my hood, bumper, and side panel and ruined the paint on my entire car. The warranty they hand customers is just for show! They never intended to live up to their guarantees! When we later spoke with the general manager, Jeff Brown I thought to myself "There was a huge distinction between Micky and Jeff". Jeff Brown later spoke with a professional from Detailed Design Auto Spa, who is willing to repair the damages for $2500, but now Jeff seems committed to ripping me off. He's actually a great communicator but a total rip off. After damaging my car, he wants to stick me with the bill! After finding out how much it will cost to repair the damages they have done to my car, Jeff decided to stick with their industry standard motto! Good business ethics involves paying for mistakes your company makes! We own a business in Gwinnett County with company vans that will never end up in this collision center for minor or major repairs. They should All be ashamed of themselves! I don't trust companies that focus more on their bottom line than the service they provide to their customers. It's not like I'm asking for a new paint job. But then again this is how you end up with 3.5 stars. I should've read the reviews myself before giving UCC my business. You're criminals who refuse to do the right thing! My windshield was replaced with one that had a big black mark in it and the molding on the side of my widshield was missing . The icing on the cake.. the paint he used didnt even mach the color of my car. I brought it back again and the windshield was fixed and the whole car had to be re painted.. drips everywhere. The molding was never fixed instead he used corking glue.. he denied any wrong doing! I advise people to stay away from this place!

We've done business with this young man twice first time he was right on point with his billing as…read morefar as retail cost and labor time didn't overcharge on either Then we came back 10 months later completely different story Told us we needed a lower ball joint on a Volkswagen only 10 years old so I suggested buying the whole lower control arm which comes with the ball joint. They agreed the most expensive one I could find was $180. No I don't think for one second they're going to give me the parts for cost so I was prepared to pay $280 for something they bought for 180 or maybe even as much as 300 I know the job only takes one to 1.5 hours so I was figuring might see a bill between five and 600 like they quoted the car was there overnight went to pick it up the next evening and to my surprise had a bill way over $1000. They didn't do any more work than we discussed. they just marked up the part five times what they paid This young man is obviously getting comfortable and very creative with his billing. as long as he keeps getting away with screwing local people it's going to continue. This was the Garage on route two and 138 used to be an exhaust shop so do yourself a favor. If you do go there make sure he gives you a quote and ask him if he's going to stick to it don't let him say it's an estimate because he won't stick to it. You want a firm quote he needs to be a little more humble and realize we keep him in business. This is a cocky kid that bit off more than he could chew got too big too fast and just trying to make all of this customers pay for it with work. They don't need any good reviews you see on here are more than likely people he knows just walk around the town of Wakefield and ask what they think about his service. He'll go so far as to hold your car hostage if you can't afford to pay his absorbent bill that's usually 80% higher than what he quotes. He's just a bad business person all the way around time to send a message before he screws one more South County resident and he is no longer located in North Kingston they are now located on route two in West Kingston and on 138 he's gotten way too big too fast now he has a bunch of mortgages and he thinks overcharging will pay for them do yourself a favor and drive-by. Don't stop.
