My car was rear-ended by an uninsured person with no valid licence. It is an older car and not perfect, so I asked Ray to just patch it up - I wasn't looking for perfection. I spite of that, he fixed it fast, the price was much less that we anticipated, and amazingly, when I picked up my messy old car it looked brand new on the outside AND the inside! Ray did a fantastic job with repairs on two separate occasions for my Subaru. He was very professional from the start when requesting a quote, while also being friendly and approachable. I've heard horror stories about everything relating to cars... Especially repair shops. You'll find none of that here. I was hit by a little old lady, who was sweet and kind, but caused significant damage to my car. This shop was one of the several sponsored by my insurance, so I decided to take the car there. It was a complete no hassle, no nonsense experience. Luckily I had a loaner car provided by insurance, but even if I didn't, the guys only took a couple of days to fix everything! They even took care of a ding on my rear bumper that was unrelated to the accident, at no extra charge. The receptionist is clearly a local, and kind as anyone. read more

My poor Toyota was crushed by the city's salt truck, and of all of the places that I've visited, Ray was the friendliest and charged the least for the same repair than all of the other 3 places I visited. Fabulous repair on my Audi Q5, which I had banged up pretty badly in an accident near my house. Their prices were reasonable and they used all new Audi parts on the repair - no aftermarket parts here. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance company, GEICO. It's been well over two years since Alpine Auto Body repaired my Prius after I was rear-ended on the Garden State Parkway. I meant to write this review earlier, but my failed intention means that I can testify to how well the repairs have held up. Before I speak to that, I'd like to remark on my first impressions of this shop. I was astonished, I will say, by how incredibly neat the place was. When I arrived with my car late in the afternoon, a workman was hosing down the driveway in front of the garage. In the immaculate office there was not a single thing out of place. The garage work stations also appeared entirely in order. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and the work--which included repairing some side damage on my own dime--was completed within a very reasonable period of time and at a reasonable cost. I was deeply impressed again when I picked up the Prius: the exterior was perfectly restored, the paint job looking like the original. Totally unexpected was the thorough cleaning of the interior: I felt as if I were getting into a new car! The people at this company clearly take pride in their work, and rightly so. Now, more than two years later, the exterior has remained as pristine as when I picked it up (and I've done nothing to preserve it, except to drive carefully; it lives outside, by the way). My next-door neighbor, who is a skilled researcher of services, had recommended Alpine to me after her own good experience; it is now my pleasure to give them my own highest recommendation in turn. read more

Excellent and friendly service, and first-rate bodywork. They were recommended by my insurance company and everything about the experience was perfect. They accommodated by schedule without any problem (I dropped the car off when I was already scheduled to be out of town). They offered a great quote. They even fixed dents elsewhere on the car and I'm pretty sure they gave the whole thing an extra coat of clearcoat paint to make it sparkle.
