There was very minimal damage, so I was thinking it would be a 7-day turnaround, at most. It took 14 days for them to finish my car. As I approached the 2 week mark, I began calling to see when I could pick up my vehicle. They would consistently tell me it would be done by 'the end of the day', and then I would not hear from them again - until I called them back. I had to tell them that I was going to pick up my car on Day 14, no excuses, for it to finally be ready. When I received it, my leather seats were filled with dimples - probably due to car parts resting on them for the two weeks. Extremely frustrating. Horrible customer service. I will never recommend someone come here.

When I picked up my car, the shop blamed everything on the insurance company and said they wanted more money from the insurance company ! The job that the shop did was not as good as it should of or could have been ! This shop let it slip out that they are short several painters and that the manager was doing the painting ! I found out later that they are not members of the Better Business Bureau. I also believe that there glowing reviews are highly suspect . When I went to get gas, the gas flap would not open properly because they used too much paint ! I wouldn't recommend this shop too my worst enemy !

We called our mechanic and a relative who does a lot of work with engines, etc and both suggested Porcelli's. My son rode in the tow truck and waited for his mother to arrive. The owner, Richard was waiting for him and took care of an emotional and scared kid like he was his own until she arrived. They talked and went over what was going to happen next and he made everyone feel much better about an awful situation for all of us. Richard handled every step of the process with the insurance people, always communicating clearly with us and making us feel as though we had someone knowledgeable and honest who cares about us on our side. In the end it was a total loss, which was a terrible outcome. But Richard took the time to go over what we should expect from the settlement and it worked out very fairly with our insurance company (Progressive, who were also great). I can not recommend Porcelli's more highly. The personal attention, care and knowledge we received made something scary, frustrating and awful much better than it could have been. In a business that could have a bad reputation, Porcelli's sets itself apart with professionalism, care, and kindness. We hope to buy his new car from the dealership that is part of this business.
