It was a freezing cold night and I couldn't wait to get back up and running. They came very quick. The driver was super friendly and considerate. He was able to fix the problem right there on the side of the road, so I didn't need to be towed. The best is that, although the service was not technically completely covered by the auto club, he was like 'Don't worry about the extra ten bucks'. I don't anticipate driving this way again ... so will likely not have the need to use them. But, if you are stuck and need to ... rest assured they are fast, friendly and they know what they are doing. In such vulnerable situations, I've been taken advantage of before and had no recourse. Thankfully, this time couldn't have been better and based on that service, a I'd trust them to do work on my car fairly.

He was contracted through AAA and while I did have some expense to pay, they were very reasonable. Hello, I took my car here after a collision. I was recommended to see "mike" evidently, the owner…read moreby a friend. My car was fully covered with a 1000 deductible. I did not want to fix what I thought to be minor damage using my insurance. Mike, after looking at my vehicle told me there was frame damage which was odd because the door was barely dented. Anyway, he asked me to leave the car with him so I did. After a week I wanted to pick the vehicle up because he wasn't returning my calls. I show up to get my vehicle and he gives me a song and a dance about him not calling back. I said, no problem, I'm going to take the car some place else. He was very adamant I didn't do that. I explained to him ive got someone standing by to do the job and its not a big job. When i first met mike he said there may be frame damage hed have to look to be sure. Every time I drove the car after the damage it drove strait as an arrow and didn't seem damaged at all. He even asked me if the car "pulled" the day I met him. I told him no, it did not and how does a frame get damaged by my son riding his bike and crashing into my door? I get my car and drive away and it won't stay strait pulling so hard to the right. I go to the shop I decided to use for the minor repair with barely a dent on the right rear door and the mechanic looks at the frame. He told me based on what he had observed, it appeared that someone had hooked the car up to a frame machine and bent the frame what seemed intentionally. I immediately figured out why mike was so adamant about 1. Me leaving my car and 2. Me using my insurance. Bad man running that shop. He seems to me to be a thief and a con man. Buyers beware.

We brought the truck back multiple times, spending hours traveling, but their attempted repairs didn't fix the issue and their explanations were inaccurate. Since then, additional problems have surfaced, including oil leaks (front differential and rear main seal), non-working heat/defrost, electrical issues with lights, a broken radio, and a non-functioning passenger window. We also had concerns with how the deal was handled upfront, including being encouraged to temporarily change insurance in a way that could be considered misrepresentation just to satisfy the bank. Despite giving them opportunities to make it right, Dormans Auto has refused to repair the vehicle or take responsibility. Very disappointing experience and lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.
