Rick's staff was more helpful than our own insurance company and whenever we hit a snag, Rick's stepped up to help resolve it quickly so that we got what we needed and insurance was satisfied. They were even helpful when we ran into a problem with the car rental that we were utilizing from our insurance. Excellent customer service, good quality, and the cleanest car repair place I've seen-especially their parking lot and building which fits in Ivey to the mostly residential area.

Luckily, a friend of mine suggested this place (specifically Dino himself). I showed up and Dino took great care of me and my car from the moment we met. His crew provided me a rough estimate right away and then an official written estimate by the next day. Once I decide it would be worth enacting my insurance policy to cover the repairs, Dino took care of the rest.
