Can't say enough about the service and the quality of affordable auto bodies work not only did they repair the collision damage expertly matching paint perfectly they detailed the car inside and out when I picked it up looks like a brand new car I would recommend them to anybody bravo quality workmanship . A very dear friend backed her SUV into my beloved convertible, obliterating the passenger side door, mirror, window, et al. I mean, she really hurt my baby. The worst part was the thought of going without top-down driving for a prolonged period-particularly after the winter we had in 2015. But we limped over to Affordable Auto Body in Warwick, at the perpetrator's recommendation. Clearly, this was not her first rodeo. The entire team at AAB-with Mike at the helm-is courteous, competent, thorough and thoughtful. A new door was ordered, installed, painted and ready to go in less than 10 working days. That's fast. I got the car back in plenty of time to enjoy the upcoming RI summer. Good as new and ready to roll. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated and the excellent work they did. I got hit parked outside of a walmart parking lot i am also disabled and parked in a handicap spot she must have thought she could squeeze in next to me even though there wasn't a spot for her to fit she hit the left bumper of my car luckly my husband was in the car "she couldnt see him because i have tinted windows" and got her insurance asap because she tried to leave. March , 2016 Its been a long time since I needed a body shop , So I starting from scratch , I stopped @ AAB first,, based on location , & being on my insurrance companies list of shops , A plus was they have top of the line rentals right there .I was impressed as soon as I walked in the door . the offices was spotlass . as we spoke there were already on line with my insurance company . I sent my car there through my insurance Geico they were supposed to just fix comprehensive they weren't supposed to touch anything else I left there when I picked up my car with no oil not even a millimeter of oil in my car mike told me back to the shop gave me a rental car for one week said he replaced the battery and put in Oriole change and told me to come pick up my car after I bring my car they're fine my insurance paid them 4300 and I paid them $500 to fix the outside of my car they were not supposed to touch nothing mind you now my car needs a new motor I can't drive it and I have two kids to get back and forth to school 12 stables and I cannot use my car because Mike's Portable Auto ruined my car and won't help me fix it won't do nothing left me with my car saying there's a tick but it drives that's all I can do for you know my car was perfect going there I wanted to come back the way it went there and it should have nothing is my responsibility in this please do not go to this place you will lose your car I just paid for that cards one-year-old I had it no problem so I bring it there read more

We went here to have our car repaired after a terrible accident. The experience was awesome. They took care of everything even getting us the rental car which was there waiting for us when we dropped off our car. When we picked up our car it was perfect. The whole rear end had been smashed in when I was hit while I was stopped at a red light. I have Geico for auto insurance, they worked hand & hand, & I had my car back within two days! The entire process was so simple, quick, & affordable. Today I stopped in so the Owner, Mike, could take a look at my air conditioner as it hasn't been working too well. This place is AWESOME! I had a minor fender bender and the other driver's insurance (GEICO) covered the damage. Since GEICO works with Affordable Auto Body on a regular basis, they referred me there. I showed up at 8am per my appointment and the GEICO rep, the Affordable Auto Body crew, and the Enterprise rental car were all there waiting for me. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Affordable Auto Body sends regular text message updates and it looks like they will have my truck done and returned to me within 2 days. I haven't seen the quality of the work yet, but from reading the other reviews here I look forward to it! Just an awesome customer service experience...I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone! My vehicle was repaired and returned in pristine condition -- earlier than expected. They also did a detailed cleaning before returning it. I recently had my car repaired for what I considered a minor repair. I went to this shop because of the reviews. Needless to say, I was disappointed with the results. The work was not of the caliber I expected. There was rubbing compound left in the joints, and areas on the headlights that were not buffed out.
