A typical auto body repair takes 4-10 days. Balise is front-loading their job inventory with too many jobs--because they know they're getting paid by an insurance company either way, so there's no urgency. Get the customer in at any cost, get those papers signed, then make 'em wait. They can't just blame it on insurance companies "being slow"; this was a 2-day job, 3 tops. And if you didn't have the parts and insurance co. signoff, why have the customer bring in the car? This is how these businesses operate (but oh they'll make excuses).

"The service is excellent, but they take their time." is what they told me. So, after a bit of thought I had my car towed to R & S and the problem was identified the same day and repaired. While I was on the road a few days later a different issue came up (causing the exact same symptom). Again, I had my car towed to R & S and the problem was identified and repaired the same day and I was back on the road again. Electronics are quirky and others may not be so lucky, but R & S seems to know what they are doing. Went there from a friend who recommended them as he deals with rental cars, worst mistake I ever…read moremade. They replaced my control arms in May of 2022 and by January they were shot and they refused to replace them. Said it wasn't their problem and they were not under warranty. ALfa Romeo said their parts had a 2-year warranty though? Submitted a complaint with DBR and this state didn't even investigate his letter as he said he inspected my car when I brought it back and he saw nothing wrong..LIE!!! STAY AWAY!!
