We had an unfortunate mishap at home in the driveway with our 2020 Suburban. Mike Gill at Warwick Auto Body not only repaired the damage BUT my truck came back looking brand new!! The truck was immaculately cleaned inside and out! No detail was overlooked. If you are looking for a professional body shop look no further!! FYI: There is a huge difference between a Class A Body Shop & a Class B Body Shop!! There are currently 232 Auto Body Shops In RI but only less than 20% are Class A. I am very happy with my experience at Warwick Auto Body! Marlon was extremely helpful with sorting out my insurance claim, getting me a rental car, and scheduling my car for service. I was able to do all three within an hour of arrival! I was told that my cracked bumper would be fixed within 2.5 weeks from the appraisal date and they finished a week ahead of schedule. The car was returned to me in the condition I bought it - brand new - washed, vacuumed, and you would never know it wasn't the bumper that originally came with the car. Really great experience with these guys. Had my car brought in for rear bumper crack. They were open with the estimate and amount of time until I got back my vehicle. I had gone to another shop for an estimate and these guys were half the price! Week later I picked it up and they had washed my car, vacuumed it, and even gave me a mini paint bottle that was my exact color of the vehicle to cover any scratches I may get in the future. To me that was such a nice touch, they definitely went the extra mile. I've been to numerous auto shops in RI ( had a 99 saab), and this one is by far my favorite. read more

I don't normally write reviews, but these guys deserve it. Jim fixed some extremely stubborn buffer swirls with the most patience and courtesy I've ever experienced at an auto shop. Buffer swirls may be purely cosmetic, but after a neighbor clipped my brand new car, I really wanted it to look as good as new. I had first taken the car for repairs at another shop, which did a great job with the repair except for all the swirls they left with the buff job. When I took it back to the same shop, they only made it worse. And then I found Warwick Auto Body. They made it clear up front that if I was at all unhappy with it, I could just bring it back in and they'd fix it up and no additional cost. I actually took them up on this once I noticed an additional streak the previous shop had left on a different section of the car. Throughout the process, they took care of all of the insurance-related BS that I was by then so sick of, and they really made me feel like they were on MY side, not Allstate's. In short: great professional service, friendly and considerate staff. Highly recommended! read more

After a bad crash in 2011 I had my badly damaged Sonata sent to Mike Gill and his staff at Warwick Auto body. I may have come out of the hospital with a six inch scar but my car came out of the shop looking and driving like it just rolled off the show room floor. Several months later my wife's brand new Sentra suffered minor damage in a parking lot accident. Warwick Auto Body took care of all the details and the car was looking brand new in a very short time. When my sister needed several dents and dings repaired on her Mercedes I sent her to Warwick Auto Body. Her car came out amazing! Mike Gill and the staff at Warwick Auto Body made my car look brand new despite being damaged just a short time before. I went on vacation for a week and asked that they complete the job while I was out of state to avoid getting into a rental, and they achieved that goal. The car looked great, the paint matched and the texture was perfect, panel alignment was mint, my car was brand new 6 months before the collision and looked brand new again when it left the shop. They even included a complimentary bottle of touch up paint in the cup holder which was nice to see. I recently bought a work van with a ding in the back right quarter panel. Not serious and it saved me a few dollars on the purchase price but with Rhode Island winters and salty roads it was something that needed attention before it became a big issue. The folks at Warwick Auto Body were super friendly, very understanding about my time and what needed to be done at a reasonable price. This review is long overdue. Our family has a 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited AWD minivan. I had an issue back in March 2014 with damage to the driver's side door sustained in a parking incident. (Totally my fault) The door had to be replaced. At that time, I was researching several auto body shops with recommendations from friends, other auto mechanics and our insurance company, MetLife. We read the reviews on line through Yelp and customer reviews on the auto body company web sites. Warwick was on the MetLife recommended list, so we followed their lead and the supporting reviews and gave Mike Gill and his staff a shot at our business. I have to say that I was a little nervous at first since the shop looks small and I tend to be a perfectionist when it comes to details. When I met Mike, he assured me that they would do their best to accommodate our needs. Well, I gave Mike the order and he and his staff went right to work. Christina followed up with emails providing work estimates and progress on the vehicle including photos! The vehicle was estimated to be done by a certain date and it was on time. We did have an issue with our color (silver metallic) and I could see an issue with the blend of the new color with the existing color, only a perfectionist would raise an eyebrow over. Mike agreed with my observation and made arrangements for me to bring the vehicle back to take care of the paint blend. I could not leave the vehicle at that time since we needed the van for travel that weekend and the subsequent repair was not a top priority. Well, no fault of Mike's and his follow up, we procrastinated in getting the vehicle back to complete the paint repair until finally in August! We were supposed to bring the vehicle back on a Monday. However, on the prior Saturday, my wife ended up rear-ending a Ford F-150 in traffic at a stop light traveling about 5 to 10 MPH. The vehicle was drivable, but had extensive damage to the front bumper, hood and front fenders. Needless to say, we delivered the van early to Mike that Saturday afternoon and asked him and his staff to work his Magic! Well magic it was, because when Mike delivered our van to our home in Exeter upon completion of the repairs at no additional charge, it was as if the van just left the showroom floor. Mike worked closely with the adjuster at MetLife, George. (kudos to George as well for telling Mike to do whatever it takes to make us happy!) They actually had a rep from the paint company come out to the shop for the proper color match! I can't say enough about the attention to detail from Mike and his staff. I have been driving for 36 years and have had my fair share of auto body shop repairs and questionable service. I have never written a review like this for any shop, because I was never entirely satisfied with the results. However I felt compelled to do so for this crew. Mike Gill did a fantastic job on my Mercury Montego after I was involved in an accident last month. The front bumper, fender, drivers side door, fron suspension, and hood were all damaged in the accident, when I got my car back for the body shop it looked better than it did when I had bought it!! Mike, Stanis, and Chrisine did a great job keeping me informed about the status of the repairs including sending me picture updates as they worked in my car. Warwick Auto Body even helped me get into a rental and worked with my insurance to try and get my car back to me as fast as possible. They came out looked at the damage and took a picture but won't give me an estimate. they asked me for my email address and phone number so they can send me an estimate. 3 days later i never received an estimate. don't bother wasting your time here. read more
