Great service, only took a few weeks to get my car back. Car was cleaned inside and looked new on the outside. I had a bumper and front fender replaced, as well as my windshield washer fluid reservoir and a liner inside my wheel well. Car looks amazing. I 100% recommend this body shop! I am astonished with the service I was provided with. They treat customers with kindness, care, and respect. They are genuine people who don't care to make a profit or a quick cash grab they'd rather have happy stress-free customers who leave satisfied. Personally I was in a car accident and the piece that was needed for my car wasn't available at the dealer, it took 3 months to come and during those 3 months they were completely understanding, they let me rent a car, they took care of the entire situation completely from contacting my insurance, to looking up the police report, they'll call you to check up on you and let you know any updates with your car, they give you back your car completely clean looking brand new fresh out the dealership, needless to say I love the service I was provided with! My car got some scratches from another car while it was parked. Took it over to Gershkoff Auto, and Bobby looked it over, took a few pictures then sent me an estimate. It was ready on time and when I picked up my car it looked brand new. They cleaned it thoroughly and could never tell where the scratches were. Husband carefully researched the list of body shops in RI the other insurance gave us to take our car to. This one was the only one with no negative reviews on Google or Yelp. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I mattered. Good, professional business people listen, and the owner, Steve made a list of all my concerns and addressed each and every one of them. Mind you, the first shop we were "assigned" after being rear-ended in WA did a cheap and incomplete job and had we investigated further wouldn't have done business with them as they likely did more damage than good. So here's the thing, Mr. Gershkoff and Carlos ensured and advocated for the right way to fix our car with the insurance adjuster. "For the first time in forever" as my daughter loves to sing, we have our car back and it FINALLY feels like brand new again... Cannot say enough nice things about this place! A tree branch fell on my car in one of the bad winter storms we had this year. It dented my driver's side rear door beyond repair. I went to Gershkoff based on a couple recommendations from friends. From the second I walked in, Steve and Val were extremely nice and happy to help me. (A different experience than what I had at Cranston Auto Body the day before). Steve went over my options with me in his office and Val helped me call my insurance company to file a claim. The decision was to buy a new door, paint it, and blend the panels around the door. Gershkoff got about $1000 more from insurance than Cranston Auto Body said they would get. This is how I know the job was done right!! It doesn't appear that any shortcuts were taken on this repair. I had my car back two weeks, and it looks fantastic. I will be back for sure when the next unfortunate event happens. Thank you Steve, Val, and all of Gershkoff! read more
