Geico suggested this collision center. When I suggested I wanted to go to a collision center that my family recommended they insisted Crown. To avoid future issues, I complied and needless to say I will NEVER recommend Crown Collision. The damage to my car was minimal, yet it has been there for over a month and when I contact they continue to tell me parts are on back order. Unacceptable to say the least. read more

I was in a little fender bender. GEICO suggested this place. Needless to say my car was there for a month, due to the fact they replaced a headlight that was in working order. The estimate said 8 days for this repair. I completely understand about the availability of parts and such but they didn't reach out at all. Now I have to pay a months worth of extra insurance on the rental because I work far away and anything can happen. You would think that since they charged GEICO for every meaningless penny they would have buried the deductible. When I got home the rubber was hanging out of the hood. What a joke. So last week I called and said I was picking up the car no matter what Wednesday afternoon. I called today at noon and it wasn't done. They didn't call me until almost closing to pick it up. The BEST place EVER!!! Seriously the best customer service I've ever received! My insurance company highly recommended this place and I can see why. They take their jobs seriously. My entire car had to be repainted from front to end because it was keyed and vandalized. And the front bumper needed to be replaced because it was damaged. The staff there called me every few days to keep me informed and the receptionist was beyond kind and very professional and sent me email updates as well. They also hooked me up with a rental car that was brand new since I was without a car for a week. The process was so quick and easy for me! Not only that, but because I had to leave to go home, they moved my car up the line to ensure it would be returned to me on time. My car has never looked so nice. It looks brand new!!! I cannot thank them enough for a tremendous job. They will have always have my business in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

I had my vehicle repaired by Crown on two occasions in 2014. The overall experience at that time was great. They replaced my front bumper and rear bumper due to two separate accidents. 2 years later, I've slowly noticed the paint on both the front and rear bumper peel away almost like there wasn't any paint sealant sprayed on during he initial repair. I was curious and went through my paperwork and turns out - GEICO covers the repair from all defects. I quickly gave my claims adjuster Jake a call and he immediately says "Yup. That's covered. Head down there and we'll get that taken care of". So I immediately hop in my car (From Cumberland, RI) to Bristol to find out that they weren't going to do any of this today (WHAT A WASTE OF TIME). The "manager" wanted to inspect the paint. He came out, walked around my car, touched a few of the spots and said "Yup. We'll take care of that for you. When can you come in?" We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out. That morning I brought the car in, the manager took a look at it once more and set me up with a decent rental. I thought it was all taken care of until about 4 hours later I received a call from Jake, our GEICO representative. He was at Crown and let me know that the paint has been chipping because someone either hit me, or I hit them and that I should call and make a new claim so they can get this fixed. I stopped him and told him that that's impossible. #1: The spots where the paint is chipping is NOT any areas anybody can impact. It's low on the bumpers, from city streets and driveways scrapping up against it. There's a few spots on the side of the bumpers but NO noticeable damage to the body AT ALL. Tell me how that happens! His response? They're called "spider cracks". Because my bumpers are plastic, a little bump can damage the paint pretty easily, interesting right? It's BULL. I've seen cars get dinged before and NEVER get their paint chipped away. Crown just didn't want to pay for it. They wanted me to make my claim and have GEICO pay for it. The unprofessionalism of all of this made me so angry. The manager inspected my car twice and said he'd take care of it and now he's saying I have to pay? Absolutely absurd! You should have applied the paint sealant in the first place! You made me come back a total of 4 times from 30 miles away, all for nothing. In the end, I didn't make a claim and told them to forget about it. Next time we'll be getting our stuff fixed somewhere else. These guys are money hungry and do not stand by their warranty!!! The Crown Collision I visited was located on New Industrial Way in Warren. My Prius front panel made out of plastic had been bashed in. I visited two body shops who said it could not be repaired and a replacement bumper would cost at least $1000. The gentleman at Crown said he would give it a try and given the fact to was warm out was able to pop the piece back into shape. These folks are honest (as opposed to the other two) and can be trusted. If I ever have a need in the future I'd go back to them. read more

Don't try to call them, because their phone voice mail boxes are always full. However, once you finally get through to them, they do a nice job. Can't say I have any complaints about the work they did. Pretty professional, though often finding someone at the front desk was tough. read more

Had someone back into my car at the grocery store and I was luckily able to get my insurance to cover it. I went to Crown with the estimate of the bumper replacement. They sent me an email update during the process and was able to get my insurance to pay for fixing several more problems that they found when my bumper was removed. I now have a brand new bumper that isn't falling off and things underneath are no longer rattling. The damage was minimal, mostly bumper and supports..but everything looks great and Ive had no issues. Everyone was friendly and helpful. read more
