When they arrived they were nothing but rude and I had told the police prior that I would not have any money if a tow truck did come down. The old man poked me (first of all, DO NOT place your hands on me) and said that I need to pay. I told him that I didn't have any money so he gave me his card and told me to pay by this weekend (which I did) OR ELSE he was going to get the police involved. Meanwhile, they carelessly ripped my car out of the snow and took off the black lining under my front bumper as well as almost took off my bumper. Careless and rude. There are much better reputable companies out there to go to.

Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. I was surprised that he suggested an easy fix and so so grateful. I came by the next day and he spend about 30 min pushing the dent out himself to much success! On top of saving me the cost of a new bumper, he didn't charge me a penny for his time. I owe him big time and plan to go no where but the Mike's Auto Body family of businesses.
