We've been to Brum's a few times for oil changes and minor repairs and we're glad we did. We have found Brum's to be reliable, honest, timely, and reasonable. They have not tried to up sell anything, but at the same time informed me when (for example) I needed new rear tires. He asked where I had the front done and agreed they did good work. They are always pleasant and professional. I recommend Brum's very highly and will not go someplace else if Brum's can do the work!

They did the oil change with the recommended oil and filter, then they even took my tires off and checked my brakes and front end and brought me inside the garage to show me my car. When I stated i had no way of getting there and asked if he could work with me at all he said, "it's not my fucking problem get here or don't get your car." When I was able to get a ride to this business, from another state, he threatened to not release my car to me, because I wanted to check my car to be sure nothing was stolen prior to signing the release. He did not ask for my ID or any type of verification for who I am.
