This time I get an extra from the sopranos who CLEARLY doesn't want to be up front, and CLEARLY doesn't want to provide inspection services. Instead of a greeting I get "You're sure nothing is wrong with this thing? I don't want to go through it just to fail you." Which i replied "excuse me?" He took my keys and registration while complaining about people on vacation and kids being dropped off and he has to be up front taking care of bullshit. Noted. After they pulled the car in he continues to keep talking rudely to which I replied "im done talking to you". I sit quietly while making small talk with another customer waiting who made an appointment for service and they didnt have one. The car is finished and another gentleman is ringing up the transaction. The other guy is in the back still complaining and trying to justify how he greeted me. Says people come in and make his daughter cry. I've met her, she's a very sweet person. Next thing I know im being called a fucking moron. So I tell him when he sees his business starting to fail, its because of you, and Noone within their right fucking mind should ever let him out of his cage in the back. Then he starts telling me to watch my fucking mouth because there are kids in the lobby. I tell him this isn't even my car, im helping my dad out who's been in the hospital and didn't want his sticker to expire. He says before I know it ill be in the hospital, comes out from behind the desk and gets right in my face. So now there are threats? I'm shaking im so pissed off that I drop my credit card. I should have called the police. I'm sure he's part owner or something, and thinks he can get away with talking to people like this. I will NEVER spend another dime for any service here knowing that somewhere he eventually gets a cut of this, and I emplore you to do the same. This guy has zero business talking to people that come in to spend money, has no business even being around people, and its unfortunate that his otherwise very nice family has to suffer for it. I'm very sorry they have to suffer him regularly. In my 49 years on this planet this is absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever been witness to. So much that I had to come here and write a yelp review. After spending 30+ years in the customer service industry I don't even like yelp. Avoid this place, it will eventually be an empty parking lot again soon.

Truth be told I usually hate buying cars because of previous experiences with used car dealers. But…read morethat all changed with my last transaction with Auto Gals. I had been looking for a reasonably priced suv for my daughter for a few weeks. It seemed like every time I went to look at a car in her price range i wasted my time because of misleading posts and advertisements or misleading photos. I had taken time out of my work day many days just to be disappointed and lied to. I came across a listing for a vehicle that Auto Gals was selling that fit my daughter's requirements. As soon as I met Harry at the Swansea Auto Gals I knew this was different. Harry was very pleasant and up front about all of the pros and cons of the vehicle I was looking at. He immediately handed me the keys and said to take it for a test drive as long as i needed and put a dealer plate on it for me. After I decided to make the purchase he was very fair with the negotiation and we came to an agreement. The title was at the other location but he had an employee immediately drive it up to us. I told him I was going to get it registered and come back in the afternoon. He then called me and hour later and said while he was putting fuel in the car he noticed an issue that was not seen before. He brought it right to his mechanic and fixed the issue at no cost that same day. I was able to come get the vehicle the next day and everything was seamless. I will be referring anyone that I know to shop at Auto Gals if they are looking for a car in the future. By far my best used car deal experience!

The lines can be long for inspections, especially at the first and end of the month. There is a line for inspections formed by cones. The experience varies by who you get. Two of the older mechanics have been very nice. I did have on youth in the past who was a bit kurt and may have been having a bad day. The inspection was business like and efficient. There is a small area for the owners. The inspection area is for mechanics only. Tip: Have your registration and cash payment ready. This speeds up the process. There is a sign on the wall with the amount. My mechanic today was Romy (forgive me if misspelled), and he was professional, polite, and efficient. The inspection area is clean, organised, and the floor is well swept. The is a restroom inside the mechanic area. I am not sure if it is still available for patrons. Tip: Use a restroom prior to dropping by. Repair hours, as of August 2022, are 8 AM - 5 PM. Inspection hours are 8 AM - 2 PM. However, on my visit they stayed open past 2 to serve all those in line. This is a good choice and we shall return.
