I have gotten my last 2 cars from here and had little to no issues (I understand the cars are used) but since financing my last car from them ONLY 3.5 months ago, it has a cracked cylinder head and I am being told the engine needs to be totally replaced. When I called Shannon, I was told they could not do anything for me considering it was over the 30 day warranty. There is no way this issue occurred from me considering I've only driven a few thousand miles on it and got it at the end of January 2026. I was told that the bank gave me an extended warranty that had total coverage if anything were to go wrong in the first 24 months/24,000 miles (whichever came first). I am now being told that it's not covered by the extended warranty. I am now stuck making monthly payments on an unsafe car that Shannon has sold me. Garages are telling me the repair will cost anywhere from $3,000-$7,000. Beware when getting a car from here. They have lost my business and any good word of mouth I would have passed along for them.

They changed the alternator and I need my rear brakes and windshield washer pump fix on my 2006 BMW and next thing you know I am getting warning lights. 2 months it was in and out of the shop non stop. I was frustrated because I needed the car so someone could drive me down to my appointments. 7 weeks after my appointment, I said service soon on my car, so I check the BC computer and it said my rear brakes needs to be replaced after I already paid for it to be done, found out that they never changed it. They clearly took advantage of me because I was sick and my car is a mess with all the oil prints on my beige interior. If you want good service, avoid this place. (Update) Michael D. replied with this statement, "how can you complain when you never paid us for half the work that was done? did you forget about that. Or all the times I didnt charge you for labor. You own a BMW not a Ford. Things are more expensive if you cant afford to own one then you shouldnt". If I never paid them for the work that was done, how did I get my car back? All the jobs that were done were all under warranty. So how in the world did I not pay? They even dented my sister's car which sat there for about 2 months. They admitted to doing it but never fixed it. Now they want to antagonize me and threaten to send a debt collector. I had to find another mechanic to fix the ECU you broke on my car. I paid you for all your crappy service weather it was covered with warranty or not. My car had Progressive Snap Shot on it, it showed when in your possession, the car was driven at around 10pm. Why? You had one of the mechanics borrowed the car home because he didn't have a car and he reached speeds of 77 mph at one point. The car had a monitor in it and records are online. It showed how many hard braking he did, and I had to call and tell the insurance company that it's currently at the shop so it wasn't my doing. Bully me all you want, I wrote an honest review, like it or not. What those affording a car has to do with anything? I bought the car didn't I, obviously I had the money. I just didn't like getting robbed by crooks. You're just a punk, I even had the decency to tell you that you forgot to lock your doors when I went over one night and even called Luis about it because I didn't want you guys to get things stolen because I thought you were good people. They had the audacity to claim that a 2 week old brand new Tesla was magically scratched. Luckily I do have recorders of them doing it as the Tesla comes with a DashCam that records its surroundings. After a debate, Sam the owner says okay just find a Tesla certified body shop to fix and I'll pay for it and after the item arrived he basically said screw yourself I wont pay for it lol. Such a scam. This shop is nothing but a bunch of liars who cant keep their word and are terrible at their job and most importantly, they are people who wont own up to them screwing you over.
