I called and spoke to Glenn who had me bring it in with the appraisal from my insurer. He gave me a good summary of expected damage. Due to needing to order parts, the process took a month but I received updates from Glenn on the status. When I got the car back, everything looked like new. They also calibrated safety sensors and performed a tire alignment. I think this shop does great work. This was an insurance claim so I will not be paying, but I did receive a copy of the final invoice when I picked up and the charges appear reasonable considering how much work they had to perform.

A week later he called said it was all done. They did a little body work to it nothing crazy and I was happy with the paint job they did. Well worth the money versus me going out and buying all the supplies for $1k and doing it myself outside lol. Great crew with great service.

He has ignored voicemail after voicemail and doesn't call me back. He has not responded to e-mails. Completely unprofessional conduct! Used him in the past and were pleased but after this I would not recommend him. He is on our insurance list and I'm filing a complaint with my insurance company, also! And, I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I told Mike I had just taken delivery of a 2013 Porsche Boxster S, and had a couple of small decals I wanted placed on the doors. I asked "how do I set up an appointment", and he replied "no need, just bring the car in". I picked up the car about 30 minutes later from Roy's (windshield replacement) and immediately drove the car to Precision. Mike took the car into one of the bays in his shop, even though they were very busy, and allowed me to watch him carefully, meticulously, apply the decals. About 20 minutes later, he pulled the car out and I said I would meet him at his front office so we could "square up". Mike shows up and I said "how much" and he responds "how about free"?! I couldn't believe it! I know cars, and I know detailing, and I know excellence and integrity, and if I EVER need any body or collision work, this is the place I will go! Thank you Mike!
