I put about $3,000.00 into this car in June, it was given to me by my brother in law. I went to two other "in network" body shops through my insurance, and they wanted to total it. Not giving up, I went out of network, and brought my car to Maaco, in Attleboro. Let me tell you, Tom, the owner, really cares. He was very empathetic about my situation. He valued what I had to say. He stood up for me to keep my car from the scrapyard. He agreed to do the work on my car for the adjusted price from the insurance company. The crew at Maaco are great. My car looks the best it has been in years. Tom and his crew were able to do the work in less than a week, so we didn't have to pay extra for a rental through insurance. My wife made an appraisal appointment on Monday, I spoke with Tom, the owner, and he inspected the damage on Tuesday, the adjuster came by and appraised the car on Thursday, the car went in for repairs on Monday, we got it back on Christmas Eve at 8:00am Tuesday the next week. Maaco in Attleboro is quite the place. They really saved this lost cause. Tom and his crew knocked it out of the park. I can't thank them enough for the great work. Luckily, a friend of mine suggested this place (specifically Dino himself). I showed up and Dino took great care of me and my car from the moment we met. His crew provided me a rough estimate right away and then an official written estimate by the next day. Once I decide it would be worth enacting my insurance policy to cover the repairs, Dino took care of the rest. He was in touch with the insurance company, got me a rental car, and got my car back to me in a matter of days. He was extremely flexible with my schedule, especially knowing I am a doctor, which made pickup very easy.
