After sustaining damage to my front end following a deer strike, I ended up at Breno's. From the…read morestart, Holly was super helpful, explaining the entire process to me. She dealt with my insurance company (following my initial notice to them of the damages), arranged for a rental car that was delivered to me at the shop when I dropped my car for the repairs, and kept me informed throughout the process. Once I dropped my vehicle, it was ready in 2 days and was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up, and she took care of the rental return. No one likes to deal with the aftermath of a collision, but Breno's made it far less painful by taking care of everything and my car looks great! Highly recommend them.

A local mechanic shop with a good business in car inspections…read more I was referred her by a friend and Chris's automotive repair for a Massachusetts car inspection and have had our inspections done here for years. The lines can be long for inspections, especially at the first and end of the month. There is a line for inspections formed by cones. The experience varies by who you get. Two of the older mechanics have been very nice. I did have on youth in the past who was a bit kurt and may have been having a bad day. The inspection was business like and efficient. There is a small area for the owners. The inspection area is for mechanics only. Tip: Have your registration and cash payment ready. This speeds up the process. There is a sign on the wall with the amount. My mechanic today was Romy (forgive me if misspelled), and he was professional, polite, and efficient. The inspection area is clean, organised, and the floor is well swept. The is a restroom inside the mechanic area. I am not sure if it is still available for patrons. Tip: Use a restroom prior to dropping by. Repair hours, as of August 2022, are 8 AM - 5 PM. Inspection hours are 8 AM - 2 PM. However, on my visit they stayed open past 2 to serve all those in line. This is a good choice and we shall return.

i do have trust issues on their ability to actually fix my car. i originally brought my car in…read morebecause my brake was acting weird. they just randomly changed my brake pads that i changed not so long ago and it did not fix the issue. few months later i come back to get my inspection done here and they failed me for the same reason that they did not fix correctly to begin with. i gave them another shot to fix it and they thought it was the calipers that might need to be replace. they some how ended up replacing one control arm, conveniently pass my inspection but my car is still having the same issue. i have to step on the brake very hard and for a long time to get it to work. it's gotten to the point that i got used to driving it this way, i just keep 2 car distance at all time. but it does not change the fact they did not fix the issue and charged me for different services both times. i didn't even bother bringing it back because i feel like they just playing car parts roulette and replacing random things then hope it works. if you go here for a general inspection sticker with a newer car it will be fine but i dont trust their abilities to fix old cars

I didn't feel like laying on the cold ground and at my age it was time to let a garage do the work. I took it to Walts for a oil and filter change $75 for 5qts of fully synthetic oil and filter. When I got home I found over a qt. shy of oil and they never changed the filter. The oil on the dip stick looked like used oil. If you treasure your vehicles and you want them to last I suggest shop around. If you have someone you know family or friend that has some mechanical background. Have them look at the work that was done.

Unfortunately i have been there too many times (not all my fault) and every time they will fight for you when dealing with the insurance company!! Of course the quality is beyond any other auto body shops!!
