We no longer want to do business with Cannan Fuels Auto Repairs (Ron's Service Ctr) in Mansfield. We took our cars here for more than 10 years when it was owned by Mike, who gave the best honest service. Recently, Mike sold Ron's Service Ctr, which is now managed by a guy named Olay. Mike and his brother are still owners of the Cannan Fuels properties, which expanded into Taunton, Attleboro, and next - Milford - where, according to neighbors, Mike will act more as a property manager. Trying to give Olay at Ron's Service Ctr a chance, we took our car there when it started making a strange noise. He told us the noise was caused by the need for new set of breaks. Olay told us to leave the car there for the day for car diagnostic and new front break installation. After spending almost $400, the noise was still there the day after the new break set installation. We called Olay, who then yelled at us saying he cannot diagnose our car over the phone and we would need to bring it back for a second day. Sorry Olay, we gave you a chance. But, YOU WILL NEVER BE Our Honest Mike. After explaining our experience to different neighbors, they all said the same thing - We need to switch to a new auto shop. read more

Mike is only mechanic I had since first day he opened, So honest and trust worthy. If Mike is opening somewhere else, I would like to know . Have to find new one now. read more

Mike is the most trustworthy business owner and mechanic that I have met. I would and do recommend Cannan Fuel to anyone I know in need of an honest mechanic shop. I have used them multiple times over the last 6-7 years and never once have been over charge or had any work done that was unnecessary. And most of the time the cost ends up being less than I was quoted for an estimate. All the employee are friendly and knowledgeable and I wish Cannan Fuel all the success in the world because they deserve it and an honest mechanic at a fair price is very hard to come by. read more

Nicest guys ever! I had my car checked out and fixed in no time. Saved 50% of what the dealer was going to charge.

Mike and his crew are the best. The job is always diagnosed and done right. Mike will also find if something else is wrong with the car while fixing, and will call and inform before proceeding to fix. The prices are very fair, and they are so honest and will always tell if something does not need to be fixed /replaced, and never upsell any unnecessary services. Despite they are so busy, they always take you in asap, and get you back on road very quick. Lastly, Mike is always pleasant, and good natured. I will not take my cars anywhere else, and I think I found a gem in the rough. Thank you Mike and Cannan fuels! read more

I was not familiar with Cannan Fuel and Auto Repair, other than passing by or occasionally filling up my gas tank. This past Saturday, while traveling on Rt. 106, I hit a pothole, snapping the front axle. Luckily for me it happened in front of Cannan Auto Repair. With the help of a few people nearby, we pushed the car into the garage. Mike, the owner was there to assess the damage, quote a very reasonable price and got started right away. A few hours later, I was back on the road without causing much of an interruption to my day. I highly recommend this establishment and have already scheduled an appointment for a tuneup and alignment this week. ***** read more
