Not exactly the way you want to end your Sunday. I was able to drop the car off with the keys in their after hours box and they got back to me early on Monday with a fair price and turned it around that day. The issue was 2 bad coil backs. They advised me that they could just replace the 2, but they usually fail together, and I would save 3X the labor if we did them now, but there was no pressure. Fast Quality work for a quality price will have me coming back. Jill was really nice too, and Paul was very professional. I will definitely be going back, and I would give them a shot. Indeed, they contacted my insurance company repeatedly to get additional change orders. So overall this was a disappointing experience (from several years ago), and I will use a different body shop in the future, if and as needed.
