I walked in without an appointment, they took my car immediately, and within 10 minutes, they had it up on a lift and had me come in so they could point out the repairs that needed to be made. The customer service was good and I appreciated a window into the garage so I could see everything being done. I was referred to Lou's by my trusted local gas station and the advice was good; Lou's didn't disappoint. I would definitely return and I was very satisfied with the work, which comes with a 2 year warranty. They also have WiFi if you're waiting in the lobby. I already got the shocks from a friend that works at a dealership in Quincy. When I made the appointment the owner informed me he didn't really want to install other peoples supplies and preferred to supply and install his own equipment, which is fair. He told me he would do it this time only, I said great and if there was anything else that needed to be done just go ahead and do it. He call when the truck was ready, I went and paid my bill not paying much attention to it. (Extra needed work was done) When I got in my truck I noticed my shocks were still in the box not used on the back seat. When I asked about it, he claimed he wasn't there and someone else did the work. He didn't even offer to try and make it right, so much for customer service. I will never go back.
