Nothing was discussed with me and I did not receive a report about what was "wrong" with my tires replaced in 2022 and brakes replaced in 2023. I also don't appreciate a link for details about my particular service appointment being posted on a global forum for anyone to read, especially while not receiving them myself until my complaint. In addition, in the hour you had my car with no updates to me, the tires were not rotated or pressure checked, as I'd been meaning to do that myself - had the information front and center on my dash to remind myself. The pressure in all were still not equal and were in the same place they were upon dropping off. Fluids were not topped off as I had to fill my empty wiper fluid less than a week after my service. I would have loved the service you promised, but no communication and half the service not done in double the time estimated is why I gave this review.

I called for a quote on some tires and no one answered the phone. I figured I would try back later. Not 5 minutes later I got a call from them. I will post again once I have the actual work done on friday morning. Thanks Village Tire for the call back EDIT: I said that I would add to this review once I got the work done. I recommend these guys 100%. I got there right at 8:00am when they opened. I told them what I wanted and the work was done and I was on my way before 9:00am. Very friendly guys and was obvious that they knew what they were doing. When he got the tires off the front, he asked me if I had a shake in my front end where the steering wheel shook. I said yes how did you know. He pointed out that one of the tires had shifted a steel belt and it created a bump in the tire. This bump was causing the shake. The total for 4 good tires plus the mounting and balancing and disposal of the old tires was $277.00. When I left the shaking was gone and the van drove great. Thanks guys for a job well done.
