Yes, I know how much I am overpaying. They are in a convenient location, clean, and always have the V-Power (you'd be surprised, there are many stations in a town rhyming with "Beymouth" that don't. They aren't open 24-hours, but early enough in the morning and late enough at night that I've never had an issue with them being closed when I needed them. It Is also self-service, which is also a plus, as I like to pump my own gas. Just another piece of my neuroticism when it comes to my car. Rich called me first thing the next day to tell me it was just the coding and he was able to fix it without changing out parts. She looks the engine up and down, takes out a small hammer and gives it a few taps. The engine roars back to life! A week later our millionaire gets a bill for $10,000. He can't believe it; and asks for an itemized bill. What he gets back reads: Tap with hammer = $2. Knowing where to tap = $9,998. An inescapable fact: [modern] cars are expensive, complex machines. If they were simple, there'd be no need for mechanics. It's not the tapping that's expensive, it's knowing where and how to tap. Where I admit I struggled is that the fix was to reconnect the actuator, and the bill came back for $165 (all in - one hour of labor). Despite the price, I realize full well: 1. There was a process in getting to the issue, and then verifying it was fixed, involving both road and shop testing. 2. The reality was likely more technical that itemized in the invoice. My Ikea desk seems it would be ~10 parts coming together in under 30 minutes no sweat. In reality it took two people two hours, intermingled with profanities. 3. Tapping with a hammer (reconnecting a part) is easy, having the skill set to determine how and where to tap is not.

Drove to a gas station that didn't have an air pressure measure wound up pumping too much air in the wrong tire, I was a mess. Was driving around and saw this place had an air pump so pulled in. Sam and one of his mechanics saw me trying to let air out of my tire. They were like mam the air thing isn't on lol! I said I know! They were so kind. Took out their digital air pressure measure, just very kind. They didn't have to help me but did. They got the alarm off, tpm reset and didn't charge me for anything. I didn't know how else to say thank you other than to give him some fresh fries I had picked up at KFC across the street. Again thank you guys for being so helpful. Highly recommend this shop, guys are honest and do good work. I drive a white BMW X5 which they specialize in.

I said I would like to drop the vehicle when they open at 7:00AM on Tuesday and get a ride to work from the courtesy van. I explained that I would need the my vehicle back at noon. They said "Sure. We will see you tomorrow morning." I dropped off my car and the courtesy van was already out front to take me to work. The driver was courteous and the van was clean and warm (it was about 0 degrees that morning) He even asked if he could pick me up at noon. This is not necessary but it says a lot about the service they provide. I got a call at 10:30AM informing me my vehicle was ready. I showed up, paid and was handed my keys. No up sell, no hidden fees, no BS. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I had a great experience here and will be returning.

Closed Sunday but when I called Monday they were able to look at it right away. They were able to remove the metal and it did not actually puncture the tire. No repair or replacement needed. They didn't even charge for the removal or inspection all tires. Great service from this location!
