I brought my car in with substantial damage to the drivers side from another driver sideswiping my vehicle. I called and spoke to Glenn who had me bring it in with the appraisal from my insurer. He gave me a good summary of expected damage. Due to needing to order parts, the process took a month but I received updates from Glenn on the status. When I got the car back, everything looked like new. They also calibrated safety sensors and performed a tire alignment. I think this shop does great work. This was an insurance claim so I will not be paying, but I did receive a copy of the final invoice when I picked up and the charges appear reasonable considering how much work they had to perform. read more

Within the last year both my wife and I hit a deer. Our insurance company provided a list of shops and Riel Auto was included. They did a great job on both our cars. Granted one of our cars took 6 weeks due to parts being unavailable. Riel is professional and they take their time in answering questions. I just used Riel Auto Body. While backing up, I crashed my wife's car into another car and damaged my rear bumper and broke two lights. I went to 2 shops to get estimates. Riel Autobody gave me a fair estimate and beat the other guys by a couple hundred dollars. But that was not the reason I went there. I liked the guys who serviced me. They were professional and gave me an estimate immediately when I went in without an appointment. They told me it would take about a week but it took just over a week, but that's okay. I expected this. They came in right at the estimate. Anyway, the car was perfect after the repair. It looked brand new. They did a Riel nice job. I'd recommend them! read more

Everyone will like the work when you initially pick up your car, because Riel Auto body are pros at masking things to look good. Wait 2 years before leaving your review for this shop. 18 mo later I have "new wheels" that show corrosion. I have front bumper paint that is cracking or "alligatoring" due to poor prep work. Stay clear of this shop. We took my wife's Durango in to repair her rear bumper after she was hit. This should have been fairly straight forward. When we received the vehicle back there was still a scuff mark that a blind person could have seen above the tail light which they claim they replaced. When I looked closer the gapping was a mess. I took it back and pointed out the issues to the assistant manager. While I was there with him and the sun was shining I was shocked when I saw scratches all through the paint. This shop either didn't do the work they claimed they did or they are just terrible at the work and don't have a quality standard. Now I have to take it to another shop, the insurance company is going to have to pay twice, not sure why they would feature this shop as a trusted shop if they pay them and they don't do the work. This place is a joke. Beware and go anywhere else, anywhere. read more

Had a little fender bender that I had to pay for by myself. I did some research on auto body shops in town and some quoted me gigantic prices, while others quoted me barely anything, but those places (the latter) didn't look very professional. Riel was in the middle for cost and someone I know also went there with good results so I decided to give them a try. I really didn't have to do much here. I just showed up asking for a quote and someone was available immediately despite the appearance of a busy garage. We made the deal to have me drop of my car only a couple of days later and they promised me it would be done within 3 days (depending on the severity it could take longer, but my damage was only minor). I got my car back after 3 days as promised and I couldn't have been happier. The car looked amazing and I could not even tell that just 3 days ago something was wrong with it. Excellent, quality work! They also put my car through the car wash which was great. I give this place 5 stars because they do quality work for a reasonable price in a very timely manner and are easy to deal with. This is my auto body shop of choice now and will be coming here again if I ever need something (but crossing my fingers that I don't!). read more

I had to get my car fixed a week before I was moving to ND. Not only did that squeeze me in, but they got it done in time like they promised and it looked absolutely PERFECT!! You could tell they cleaned up the outside of my car and even vacuumed the floors inside for me. Amazing customer service, amazing finished look, and a great price. Might be a good idea to update their address to the new one. Just saying. Well, a couple of weeks ago, I went around to get some quotes on some body work. I already had the bumper that was purchased previously, because we have a friend who is an expert on body work...he injured his back, and expected to be down for a few months...so we needed to find someone. An elderly gentleman was in the front office. I explained the situation. He wouldn't even look at the car. Said, 'probably wouldn't even go for it because you have the part already. QUOTE: 'you wouldn't bring your own hamburger to mcdonalds, would you'? I He was one of the rudest, most unprofessional 'gentlemen' I ever met. Wouldn't even look at it. Just got my car back after having backed into a tree (I know). It's beautiful - you would never know it had any damage. It's also clean as can be, as they vacuum, wash and wax cars after finishing the work. My insurance paid for the work, but I know the prices are fair, as my husband had some work done on his car there. The price quoted was the exactly the price he paid. John is great at the front desk!! Had damage to drivers rear quarter, they did a great job fixing and the car looks great, they even washed the car. The only complaint I have is that when I left and got into my car, someone had dumped all the contents of my middle console all over the passenger side floor and also fished thru the glove box. I would think it was to look for the "lock" for the tires, but I don't have one, so not sure what that was all about. Otherwise, great job. read more
