Ricky I'd the best: he has fixed my cars over the last decade and has always done an amazing job, especially on my 2007 Escalade.

I have trusted this shop with my auto repairs since I moved to Franklin 9 years ago. I totally…read moretrust them with my vehicle. They are always honest and straightforward and they have such a love for what they do, and it shows. I will be a customer as long as I live in this area!!

I have been a fan of Grove Street ever since I moved to the area. I was looking for a place to…read moreservice my cars and was thrilled to find one so close by. Then I experienced their service and quality. Making an appointment is ridiculously easy. There's constant communication from them when your car is being worked on. They give you everything not only in writing but in an email that you can say if so you can plan future work. They help you know what needs to be done immediately and what can be deferred to another visit. That is almost unheard of. I'm so used to getting a high pressure sales pitch every time my car goes in. That doesn't happen at Grove Street. You're given a list and almost like a to-do list you receive things that are immediate concerns, things that can be deferred and things that are acceptable and already being worked on. They have loaner cars if you need them and they even offer shuttle service to and from your house. Everything is explained in advance and their prices are incredible. It's a great value. I've not had a bad experience and I've been there at least 20 times between my two cars. I can't recommend them enough

This was one of the most pleasant car experiences I have had where I think I did pretty well cost…read morewise. I bought the car without a warranty (which I ended up regretting a little) as there was one very large repair six months after I bought the car, but otherwise the service was top-notch. I was really pleased with Dan who was my sales guy, as well as Elliott, and with the lack of hassles and annoying bartering and bickering that goes on during the typical car purchase process you see at one of the big box stores like Boch or Herb Chambers. I knew the optimal pricing for both my trade in and the used car I was buying, and I was pleased that it was pretty low haggle experience. When I shook their hands on the way out to pick up the car, I was pleased that all of my fingers were still there, and didn't regret the purchase a week later such as I had at the Lexus Herb at Chambers. One really good benefit is that now they have a full-time mechanic who specializes only in luxury European German and Japanese cars and Kevin seems very good at what he does. Elliott seemed very nice and accommodating and low-key which I appreciated as well I believe he is the owner of the store and Dan is their main or primary sales guy. Great experience.

Gave me a bill of sale, said I'd contact my bank and off the transaction goes. Should've been done before End of Business day. I tried to contact the owner and he ghosted me for three days (Friday thru Monday) and finally said he sold the car to someone else, shortly before opening on Monday. Refused to talk or discuss what happened since. Careful and buyer beware of the bait and switch this guy does. You'll only waste your time and money.
