When I first walked in, the woman at the front desk rolled her eyes, was cold, and spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive tone. I went back out to my car to get the information she needed, thinking perhaps I had simply caught her at a bad moment. When I returned, I was met with the same cold, dismissive attitude while she took my contact information. I was already dealing with a stressful car situation, and instead of feeling welcomed or helped, I was made to feel as though I was bothering her simply by coming in for a service their business provides. At that point, I finally said, "That's okay, I'll go somewhere else," and left. I can't comment on the quality of their mechanical work because I never gave them the opportunity to work on my vehicle. What I can comment on is how I was treated as a potential customer. Customer service matters. People walking into an auto repair shop may already be stressed, worried about whether their car is safe, and concerned about how much everything is going to cost. There is absolutely no reason to greet a customer with eye-rolling and a condescending attitude--especially someone who is simply asking for help and trying to understand the process. I came in prepared to give a local business my money. Instead, their customer service sent me directly out the door. There are plenty of other repair shops in the area where customers can be treated with basic courtesy and respect. That's where I'll be taking my business.

I was really pleased with Dan who was my sales guy, as well as Elliott, and with the lack of hassles and annoying bartering and bickering that goes on during the typical car purchase process you see at one of the big box stores like Boch or Herb Chambers. I knew the optimal pricing for both my trade in and the used car I was buying, and I was pleased that it was pretty low haggle experience. When I shook their hands on the way out to pick up the car, I was pleased that all of my fingers were still there, and didn't regret the purchase a week later such as I had at the Lexus Herb at Chambers. One really good benefit is that now they have a full-time mechanic who specializes only in luxury European German and Japanese cars and Kevin seems very good at what he does. Gave me a bill of sale, said I'd contact my bank and off the transaction goes. Should've been done before End of Business day. I tried to contact the owner and he ghosted me for three days (Friday thru Monday) and finally said he sold the car to someone else, shortly before opening on Monday. Refused to talk or discuss what happened since. Careful and buyer beware of the bait and switch this guy does. You'll only waste your time and money.
