Dan and Dave had the opportunity to charge me to look at my car when I had an electrical issue. I brought it in for them to check out and before I left it there, they suggested I check for any recalls on my car and any battery issues. I went home, did that and solved the problem pretty quickly. Due to a recent fender bender in my own driveway with another of my cars I find I am a cash customer, thus I did some price shopping. Tri-Town came in plus or minus 20 dollars with 3 other shops I visited. I went with Tri-Town because I was warmly received by both owners and felt I was being treated honestly. Having spent most of my life working with the public I think I have become a good judge of character when dealing with people. As it would turn out my assessment turned out to be true, as I stated above - Excellent service, I was treated professionally and honestly . The final price was as we agreed. The work was excellent. I had the front grille and bumper/ fascia replaced. Every thing looks perfect. I have had body work done at several other places over the years, and based on my less than wonderful experiences at several other shops that shall remain nameless at this moment I think I am in a good position to be able to give my strongest recommendation to Tri-Town Collision !
