Great service and a very fast turnaround. Work was flawless. Owner was very pleasant and accommodating.

I had a great experience here. The owner was incredibly flexible with my schedule, communicative throughout the process, and always willing to answer my questions. He made what could have been a more stressful situation feel easier and manageable. He was kind and welcoming to both my husband and me which we really appreciated the repair work looks fantastic! They even detailed my car before returning it - it looked brand new inside the level of care and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations! I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend them to others! read more

I just picked up my 2009 Pontiac Vibe today. The roof was all peeling and looked pretty nasty. Those guys did a great job. I have never used them before but if I knew the incredible job they did I would have them do the hood as well. Like I said, I never used them before but by the looks of all the good reviews they got, I tried them. Great job guys! Now that I know they know what there doing and it's someone I can trust. I'll have to bring it back to get the hood done. Thanks again! read more

Happy with the service they provided. They communicated clearly from start to finish. The owner genuinely cared about getting my car back in top shape. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a collision center that values both professionalism and customer care. read more

Liberty Auto Body did a great job repairing my Subaru recently. Neimen was great as always. I have had several body repairs done at Liberty after having been hit in collisions. Every time the car has come out looking like new! read more

They did a beautiful job repairing my car. Car was returned better/cleaner than I left it! Thank you Liberty Auto Body!!

Highly recommend bringing your car here!! They went above and beyond. My car looks excellent following an accident and they even surprised me by detailing my car! My insurance company recommended them and I can see why. Such an honest, hard working, and professional business! Hopefully I won't get in another accident and need to get my car fixed again, but if I did I can rest assured knowing that Liberty Auto Body would make for a smooth process! read more

Liberty auto body repaired my wife's Toyota Highlander in March of 2023. I chose the MAPFRE Insurance car-ez program. The work was excellent, the communication was very efficient. The shop had a rental car waiting for me that was covered by the other person's policy. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs collision service. Thank you Liberty Auto Body. read more

I was so impressed that within an hour of calling Mafre insurance and choosing the car-ez program , I received a call from Neiman from Liberty auto body, to set up an appointment to bring in my car that was rear ended .When I arrived Neiman ,was extremely professional and had my rental waiting for me . He told me my car would be ready in approximately a week . He not only stuck to the time frame , he had my car washed and the interior cleaned . If you have any body work needed on your car I would highly recommend Liberty Auto Body . read more

Not happy with my latest visit to Liberty. I brought my car here for an insurance claim. Someone hit me and their insurance was covering cost of repairs and the rental car. When I signed the rental agreement I agreed to a $100 service hold that would be taken from my account. I looked at my account 4 days later and noticed an $865 service hold on my account. I referenced my rental agreement and verified it should have only been $100. I also noticed that only half the rental agreement was filled out on liberty's behalf and they also misspelled the name of the insurance company. Which in turn probably caused the rental company to directly charge my account. After speaking with Hertz they do not know when or if I will get my $865 back and Liberty says "it's not their problem". If you want to avoid a headache I would take your car elsewhere for repairs. Their clear incompetence has caused a lot of stress in my life when it should have just been an easy situation. read more

I was referred to Liberty Auto by a friend who lives in that area. Having had a very bad experience at a previous auto body shop I was a little less than trusting and willing to travel the extra distance since my friend highly recommended them. The owner was very responsive, kept me informed of the progress and finished it quickly despite being quite busy over the holidays. There were a few other things wrong with my car Including worn down rear brakes that I had gotten a quote on from another place but had not gotten around to fixing. He noticed the problems and offered to fix it while the car was in the shop. My car drives and looks better than it has in years! Will absolutely use them again! read more

This shop does great work. Work was done quickly. Great communication the entire time. My insurance company wasn't communicating and they went out of their way to get a hold of my insurance and ensure it was covered. No place better to go! read more

Ok, I had an unusual experience which I never faced in US.My car's passenger side bumper had a bent when it hit the entrance wall of a car wash. First I took it to Roy's body shop in Woonsocket as it is just walkable distance from my home. But the owner was rude, arrogant and was showing attitude. He said it will cost more than $1500 to fix a minor dent. I knew its a minor dent and that guy was trying to rip me off, so I walked away. Then I called Liberty Auto body after seeing the positive reviews. Owner's wife Lois attended and she said its fixable after seeing the pictures I sent. She said it wont take more than an hour. So I reach there with the car and met Carmine. Here is the unusal part. He fixed the car in less than 10 minutes and when I asked for the cost, he said " Don't worry about it, you don't have to pay anything!!!" I was surprised to see that such kind of genuine and great people still exist in this world. Roy Auto body in the next street was trying to rip me off my 1500$ and Liberty just saved my day. All he had to do was to pull out the dent with a tool and he did not charge me since it was a minor work. He could have if he wanted to. But he did not. That shows the personality of a human being. This is a great place folks. I have lived in many states over last few years and recently moved to RI. Never ever I have seen someone this much honest and doing a great job at the same time. My car is fixed just like how it was before the hit. I will definitely bring my car back here if a need comes. I have already recommended this shop to my friends at work and other colleagues. Great place, Awesome work, super trustworthy and highly professional. read more

I'm curious by nature and ask one million questions before I make a decision. The new owner at Liberty helped me to understand the expensive itemized quote I had received from the dealership and his mechanic was able to fix my car with quality parts and workmanship for less than the dealership. read more

I recently had a front end collision and asked my insurance company (commerce) which local body shops they worked with. Liberty was the one in my town, and they said they would pass on my information to them, and they in turn would follow up. Now, typically I don't necessarily assume insurance providers will hook you up with a quality business, and I couldn't find much information on the few local auto body shops right in my area, so I thought I'd write this one up for others who might be in my position. My accident happened late on a Friday, and first thing Monday I got a call from Lois, the wife of the owner of the business. She had my information and I went down that day, giving her my full information and also meeting an Enterprise rental car rep there at the same time. Lois was great to work with and wow (!!) do they have a nice waiting area for customers. There are not many places which put out snacks and biscotti for patrons, not to mention the expresso she was happy to make for me. The repairs to the car were done within a week, and the work looked great to me, and the whole process was easy. On the down side, my only issue was that I asked for an estimate of the repair time frame when I dropped the car off and didn't hear from the shop until I called 4 days later - which was frustrating but then again almost all of the work had been completed already. I'd recommend trying them out, especially if you have commerce insurance.. read more

Commerce Insurance gave me the names of two local auto body shops where I could have an appraisal and repair done at the same time. We chose Liberty because it was close to our home. We are glad we did. I dropped the car off at their location and was pleasantly surprised at how nice and inviting the office was. Lois ran me home which was greatly appreciated. She also arranged for a rental car for me. The repairs took about a week on my 2012 Volvo. It still needs one part for the trunk interior but that will be installed in 10 minutes when it arrives. The car looks great!!! They were so easy to work with and customer focused. If I am ever in the unfortunate situation where bodywork is required, I'll go back yo Liberty. read more

I hadn't been in an accident in 25 years of driving until a few weeks ago. I was nervous and clueless about what to expect from a body shop and I came across Liberty on Yelp. It was close to my house and got great reviews so I opted to take my car to them. Wow I am impressed! They were super helpful and courteous. They helped me every step of the way and even arranged for a rental car since my insurance didn't cover one. They found me a nice clean car from Enterprise and got me a good deal. Everything about my experience here went smoothly. I can't recommend Liberty enough. They did great work-my car looks perfect again and I'm so relieved the experience was so painless. read more

Great set of folks. Our Mercedes SUV was involved in a rear end. At first I was a little skeptical but after talking with the owner's wife who also worked there I felt better. The results were awesome. They fixed everything back to factory specs. One of the rear end shocks was damaged in the accident as well and they fixed it to perfection. The vehicle has had no issues since. Alignments etc are fine without issue. Will take my vehicles here anytime. read more

Liberty Auto Body - Body Shops Near Me - Bellingham, Massachusetts

A few weeks I was in a fender bender with my new Nissan Rogue. A friend recommended Liberty Auto Body so I figured I would give it a try. I had never been in an accident so I didn't know what to expect out of an auto body shop. The owner's wife Lois was so kind and professional. They have a lovely waiting room that made dealing with this ordeal more comfortable. Carmine, the owner, was willing to match any price of surrounding auto body shops and even gave me a better estimate. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in the MetroWest area or beyond! Worth the trip. read more

What can I say, Carmine is a genuine man who cares about his work. He personally takes in the job, consults you, and takes the pictures for before and after. They run a clean operation in a nice location, and the owner's wife is super nice as well. I noticed a bunch of bad reviews, but these guys are rates 4.5 stars on the Liberty Mutual website, so Im going by that. There's also like 20 filtered reviews in here that all seem pretty legit.. it seems like this website prefers to make it's money via defamation and extortion lol ANYWAY - Great experience at Liberty! Highly recommend !! read more

Service and work performed were exceptional. My car was delivered as promised. Very satisfied. Highly recommend this shop. Terry M

I really can't say enough great things about this place. The team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, make sure I was getting a good deal and to provide the best service possible. It takes a lot to get me to write a review and I can say it is well-deserved. I will be making this my permanent choice! read more

Our son sideswiped a tree while backing down a driveway. We are new to the area so I called Liberty Mutual for a recommendation. They provided me with a list of options. I called Liberty Auto Body and they immediately fit me in. The owner was polite when I dropped my vehicle off and joked with my son about the problem. The owner made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands. With the age of the vehicle, I was concerned about availability of parts and potential for delay in the repairs. They were fast and sent me regular updates with status. The vehicle was done on time! We have had body repair work done multiple times and this was the best experience by far. The work, time and cost and respect for me far exceeded any work we have had done in the past. My husband commented the work far surpassed the work done by the dealership. I hope we do not ever need car body work done again, however, should it be needed, I would not hesitate to use Liberty Auto Body again. read more

I had a front collision on 495 a month ago and it really looked that my car was totaled. The tow company recommended me this place (I also found out later that it was Liberty Mutual's recommended body shop) This is ABSOLUTELY a QUALITY BUSINESS; they were very professional and set the right expectation about the damage and the time required to fix it. They have a nice clean location that really looked a residence than a body shop. I was called by Lois (one of the owners) in a timely manner with updates and this is something i have never experienced with any body shop before. The best thing about this place is the QUALITY OF WORK, when my car was fixed there was not way anyone could figure out that the car looked damaged beyond repair ! you could really see the ATTENTION TO DETAIL with every aspect of body restoration work. This place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Several months ago, I was rear ended. My insurance suggested this auto body shop. At first glance, it seemed quite pleasant. A nicely decorated waiting area, a pleasant woman (Lois, the owner's wife). The problems started when I went to pick up the car, and was dissatisfied with the work. They claimed to have done the work, but the loud noise coming from my muffler, which I let them know was brand new since the accident, was still present. The body work was fine, the mechanical work was not. They claimed to have put on a new exhaust system, and that I had somehow scraped the "brand new" system in the few days I had the car. I think I would have noticed if I bottomed out my car. I arranged for my husband to bring the car back to them, as I was unable to take time off from work. When he brought it, the owner, Carmine, was incredibly nasty and unprofessional towards him. He almost immediately started screaming and yelling at my husband, and threatened that he was going to CHARGE ME for the time it took him to look at the car a second time. The overall message: don't be deceived by a nice waiting room. The owner was unprofessional and rude. They are not trustworthy. See the other YELP review on here that is virtually the same story. I wish I had looked first. See a pattern? UPDATE 3/8/16: Response to "owner" Lois: 1) I did not contact you two weeks after I picked up the car after your dissatisfactory work. It was several days later. I notified my insurance company of my dissatisfaction on 10/30, following notification to you. 2) The behavior of your co-owner, Carmine, was inexcusable. You can offer all of the excuses and rationale to claim you did satisfactory work, but the customer service displayed on the day we brought the car back was inappropriate at best. Yelling at a customer and threatening to charge them for putting the car back up on the lift? 3) The only reason this was not disputed further with my car insurance company is that I don't have the time to deal with this. read more

Just got my car back . They were wonderful to work with and my car looks great . Another auto body shop couldn't even look at it for a month . Liberty the day I called which was when the adjustor came to my house they took it in an immediately ordered the parts . What was nice is they keep me I touch with what was going on . They gave me a tide home when I dropped it off and picked me up when it was ready . They made a terrible accident so much better. I thank liberty for everything. Diane perron read more

If you are looking for a family owned business that will accommodate you and your car, look no further. Carmine and Lois could not have been kinder and more honest with the work and the pricing of the damage to my car. They were upfront and timely with every job they did for me. The atmosphere is inviting and pleasant to do business in. Liberty auto was great to work with! I had a lot of front end damage and couldn't drive my car. I was in an accident on a Friday and couldn't get my car towed until the following Monday. I had many issues getting my car released from the tow yard and Lois was very nice and understanding when I called her multiple times! She was more than happy to help and call me when my car arrived. I got many updates throughout the whole process of my car being there! They even helped me with my rental! I am very satisfied and will make sure I spread the word! I rarely ever write reviews on Yelp, but my seamless experience at Liberty auto body warranted me taking the time to do so. I went there absolutely panicking over the damage I did to the side of my brand new car. The staff nicely and sincerely assured me that they will take care of the damage in a timely manner and gave me an extremely fair price range. Sure enough they were right. I was so used to auto bodies taking weeks to get back to me and jacking up the price just because they could. Was relieved to find out this wasn't the case here. I plan on going back for all repairs and tune ups from here on out, but maybe just for the fresh fruit and coffee they accommodated me with! Thanks again guys. read more

I took my car in after being badly rear ended. This was my first time working with these guys and I will never go anywhere else. The part of my car they fixed looked better than the day I bought it. The only negative aspect I can think of is that I now need to get the rest polished because they did such an amazing job. You can also tell these guys take pride in their work. They were pretty happy to show off what they had done. I am almost looking forward to my next accident. P.S. The amenities in the waiting room are awesome. read more

My front bumper, headlights and fender were hit by a driver backing out of his driveway. I selected this shop because it was on Liberty Mutual's recommendation list and near where I lived. I went in and all the paper work and rental were taking care of for me. Lois and Carmine were the nicest, friendliest people ever. A week later, I got my car back and it looked fantastic. Carmine also offered me additional help by checking my tires and had them rotated for me for free. He was so kind and honest, I have never met someone from an auto shop that genuine. He gave me his business card to ensure me that next time I go to somebody for my car, call him and let him know the estimate they give me and he'll help me see if they're ripping me off or not. Him and his wife are just the most easy-going people and extremely friendly. Their waiting area is also very nice and comfortable for customers to wait. Overall, I absolutely enjoy my experience with them! I now know who to turn to for car advice and who to trust, you will not regret going to these guys for an honest repair and a great business relationship. read more
