I brought my 24 jeep gladiator there for accident repair, The front rim needed to be replaced & the whole side panel needed to be repainted, So the Owner George adds everything up, EMBLEMS and all, So i get the vehicle back, No valve stem caps on the replaced wheel, So i call up n explain the situation, Ladys like oh stop by we will give u caps, Note its completely out of my way, So I go to Oreilys instead, Couple days go by I notice the Drivers side emblems not there, So now Im pissed, I call the Jeep dealer for shits n giggles n ask how much the emblem is, They say $125 then I call Georges back, Im like yeah you guys forgot a $125 emblem where is it, They go one minute we will find it, So she says its here come down we will install it & we got valve step caps here too for you, So I go down there say I'm all set w the caps if you'd care they'd be on the vehicle, The Tech comes out n says Im so sorry I forgot, I thought it went on the hood (NOTE IDENTICAL TO THE PASSENGER SIDE) so I left it off, Ive went to Georges for years n never had any issues, I told George very nicely man no affence if your letting vehicles out like this you got issues read more

Owner is super nice. I arrived on the wrong day for my appointment- it was booked through my insurance- but they saw me anyway. They had me drop off the car after hours and were very accommodating. I had to get my rear passenger door replaced. It took 4 weeks, which to me is a little longer than what I've been told. I think 2-3 weeks is more average, but the insurance company paid for the rental so it didn't matter. Other than that, the process was very streamlined and easy. After waiting over a week for a spot to get my vehicle repaired and inspected (after it sat at a previous garage for 8 days) I was informed that I assume the mechanic did not think...THINK that my car was not in good enough condition to have the repair done, and wouldn't likely pass inspection. Hundreds of dollars already spent, sales tax to the State, insurance paid, and the cost for the registration plates not recoupable, somebody didn't "think" it was worth repairing. Now the State has suspended my registration. One of the reasons somebody didn't "think" it should be inspected...there was no hold down for the battery. Rust on the rockers, even though the rockers are covered by heavy plastic covers. Went into shop to get an estimate on how much it would cost me to repair a cracked front bumper for my 2012 lexus is250. George provided me with my options and I decided to order a new bumper and have them paint it for me. I was recommended by my brother in law who said they did a great job at painting. I was reasonably quoted. The level of service and results of paint far exceeded my expectations. I was a little worried that paint wouldn't match but they did an amazing job. My car had all 4 wheels stolen. George's auto came with the tools and parts to get it towed. Also had a scratch on my front bumper! Took them less than a week to get me the car back! After insurance covered, I had to pay $1000. Brand new wheels, tires, and painted bumper. Well worth the wait! Great customer service! Highly recommended. George was the best! My engine light had come on and I was supposed to drive back four hours from Rhode Island but I tried to have several places look at my car, and none would or could see me. When I called George's he told me to come right over. When I arrived he immediately looked at my car using his center, explained what was wrong, and a shored me that it was safe to drive and I did not have to have the repair work done right then. Got into a scrape on the highway on a Friday, filed a claim with Geico, which I found out has these exclusive express repair shops. I had to drive 30 minutes which was not to bad as it was mostly back country (good views along the way). George's is an official Geico Express shop located in Mapleville, RI. Geico set up the appointment for Wednesday morning, I met with the on site appraiser, parts were quickly ordered, installed and painted up and I had the car back on Saturday. Now about George's ... Very professional and friendly staff. Informed me along the way and did a great job, actually outstanding work, that exceeded my expectations and I am OCD. Based on my personal experience I would highly recommend this shop. I have had a few unfortunate accidents in the past and have brought previous cars to different AB shops and I really feel George's is a cut above the rest.
