I scheduled an appointment for the next day, brought it in early and in less than 2 hours, they gave me a correct diagnosis (loose wheels [which Firestone had put on], leaking power steering fluid) and they put on my passenger side view mirror for just $80! Every single experience with Zippy's Auto has been a positive one. I first went there for oil changes because their location at that time in Lonsdale was close to my house in Valley Falls. When they moved to Cumberland Hill, I followed them, and again went they moved to their current location in Woonsocket. It's a twenty-minute drive to get there with many reputable service stations in between, but I would never go anywhere else. I trust and rely on Omar, who runs the shop, as much as I would one of my own brothers. I am confident that he and his team will always make the correct diagnosis and decisions, and that the prices will always be fair. I have been driving the last used car I bought from them for five years and expect to be able to drive it for many more years. I strongly recommend Zippy's Auto Repair and Sales.
