No explanation. No apology. Just a complete reversal of what was already agreed on -- even though I had the paper quote in my hand. What makes it worse is that it was close to their closing time. Instead of being honest and telling me to come back tomorrow, they acted like the whole thing never happened. It honestly felt like they just didn't want to do the job anymore because it was the end of the day. Unprofessional, confusing, and a complete waste of my time. If this is how they treat customers -- giving quotes and refusing the job 30 minutes later -- I can't recommend this shop to anyone.

His crew provided me a rough estimate right away and then an official written estimate by the next day.
