They had me drop off the car after hours and were very accommodating. I had to get my rear passenger door replaced. It took 4 weeks, which to me is a little longer than what I've been told. I think 2-3 weeks is more average, but the insurance company paid for the rental so it didn't matter. Other than that, the process was very streamlined and easy. And my car came back to me cleaner with a perfect door!
