Oleg and Zack are AWESOME to work with, no pressure, no lies and work with you to get you into the car you want and can afford and they keep in constant contact with you throughout and AFTER you buy a car from them. They make buying a car easy and with no stress and take care of the financing, registration and paperwork. Thanks again Oleg and Zack. I love the challenger!

I found the exact type of Jeep Wrangler I was looking for on their website for the right price and then set up time with Jade to look at the car. The car was perfect and it checked out in tip-top shape when I took it to an independent Jeep specialist. The real star of this story was Jade. He worked with me even though I was actually the one with the baggage. My bank was being pretty difficult to work with when it came time to arrange the financing. To make matters worse, I was leaving for a nice tropical vacation in two days and didn't have time to deal with endless paperwork. Jade arranged for basically the same great financing I had gotten with my bank with his preferred bank. Not only did he do that, but Jade also made sure to take care of the car while I was away on vacation. I came back a week later and all the insurance, registration, and safety inspection work had already been taken care of, all I had to do was hop in the car and drive away. What a great place: a nice selection of vehicles, trustworthy sales people, and an overall smooth process all around.

The owner buys cars from wholesale auctions and resells them at his gas station/shop. I don't…read morethink this is a problem because this is how many used car dealers get their cars. However, the owner is a real salesman, in a back slapping kind of way, and either tells you that he'll find the car you need, or try to sell you an existing car on the lot. In my case, I described what I was looking for and he happened to be headed to an auction the following day. When I looked at the car, none of the tires matched, it didn't track right during the test drive, and the engine had a knock. There were various other issues, all of which he said he could fix if I decided to buy the car. I was left with the impression that this car, which was described as perfect, would end up costing me a lot more once he started servicing the vehicle. It seemed really sketchy and I couldn't accept that he'd 'take care of me' after I bought the car which had obvious problems.

Here's the…read morerundown...they sell and service Subarus and the vehicles they sell are invariably high mileage with a number of serious flaws. The problem is, they do not account for the flaws in their pricing and do not fix them before selling. Prior to selling a friend a Subaru they promised to have the vehicle ready to roll with no safety or mechanical defects. We noticed that there was water in the headlight - something that should have been addressed before it went onto the lot. We had the car examined by another mechanic who said that the transmission needed replacement. After a bit of prodding Royal's owner agreed to install a new transmission. They spent about 12 days working on the car before telling us it was ready. Upon receiving it we found that they had not installed a new transmission but had taken a rebuilt one and slapped it in, covering it with paint and a layer of silicone to make it look new. In a nutshell that's all you need to know about Royal Used Car Sales. Stay away!

First off they never sent my car out to be inspected before selling it to me. This means the previous owner dropped the car off at the dealership and two days later they sell it to me without even looking at it. I had to return the car after buying and wait a week for it to get new tires, new seatbelts that were all chopped up. I had my infant son with me so I missed the seatbelt bit when buying. Regardless, they tell me they don't have a rental for me to use so now I am car-less as they fix it. After fighting with the staff they provide a car for me to drive while being fixed. After getting my new car back a week later I find I still do not have my registration. They charge fees to complete the registration at the dealership. This leads to another day of fighting with the staff to get this done. Including excuses such as the DMV website is down and we can't complete it. Mind you the website being down is out of their control this should have been taking care of at the day of the sale. Complete lack of accountability and no remorse whatsoever. The general sales manager whose name is Mark keeps telling me to listen to him and insinuates I'm being emotional by stating he feels like he's talking to a different person and doesn't understand why I'm upset. The day I bought my car I got my insurance on the phone with the car dealership and my insurance agent sent everything over that they needed to get this car registered. Once again they dropped the ball. The general sales manager recommended I drive the car without an inspection sticker until they can get it done even though I have two small children. Complete lack of consideration for their customer's safety.
