They didn't call me to let me know they were behind, or short staffed -- I would have totally rescheduled. THEN I had to take my car to my mechanic the next day because the check engine light came on as I left the car wash. I had to have all the carpets/seats/interior vacuumed and dried out by my mechanic because there was so much soap and water left mold had started to form. They put water under the hood causing damage and the check engine to go off. They even put tire shine on my floor mats which when driving a standard WILL ACTUALLY KILL YOU because it's so slippery.
