My son 21 years old purchased a 2021 BMW from there, 1 day after picking it up the check engine light came on. They took the car in and sent it to BMW because it was under warranty. The next day they got I back all fixed.........but they(Blasius) wanted to look it over again to make sure everything was OK. My son gets a call saying the tires are bad and need to be replaced, we can do the expensive tire you have on there with out of pocket money, or we will do free cheaper . After pointing out they delivered him the car over 48hrs ago and did a supposed 180 point inspection, the Finance guy who is the only honest guy in the place, told them to do the right thing and replace like for like. Fast forward 48 hrs later the car is ready to pick up. 24 hrs later the check engine light is back. We cut out the middle man and took it direct to BMW because it is a warranty issue. BMW could not get the tires off, the force at which Blasius installed the tires was causing pressure on the wheel bearing. Lug nuts stripped and so on, went in and spoke with Ricardo the service manager, he agreed to pay for the repairs because they caused the damage. Today every manger from the top down refused to pay the bill. Not sure how they sleep at night knowing they placed my son in a unsafe car not once but twice! $500 repair that was necessary because of their service department and it's my son who has to pay!!!!! Don't waste your time buying there......service department is not trained to work on high end cars and the management doesn't care that you are driving something unsafe!!! Purchased a car here recently & have had nothing but problems! The car was listed online for $4995…read morebut when I arrived the sticker price said $5995. So shaky start but he eventually agreed to meet me in the middle for a price of $4500. Also the sticker said the car had navigation, satellite radio, & a DVD player. I mainly purchased this vehicle due to all the advertised extra's & it had NONE Of those things! So I paid for a car with navigation & it didn't even have it!! Also the car had weather tech mats & for whatever reason the trunk Mat was removed but I knew he had removed it because you could see the imprint in the carpet that it makes. I had weather-tech mats in my last vehicle so I know exactly what the imprint looks like. He's adamant that it never had the mat & basically refused to put it back in. Wicked bummer there. I should've known right then & there that this place was SHADY. I take the car for a test drive and it's squeaking badly; it needs brakes/calipers. But for the mileage - the price isn't too bad. After the test drive the owner & myself agree upon the price of $5,000 if he fixes everything which included: air conditioning, brakes, front & rear windshield wipers, and a fog light. I put down $2500 and I was to pay $2600 when I picked up the car (after everything was to be fixed). Well low and behold the only thing that was fixed was the air conditioning & the brakes/calipers. At this point I'm DONE so I just figure that I'll buy my own windshield wipers & fog light- as long as everything else was fine. So I give him his final payment & I leave. Fast forward to a week later and I went to get my car inspected- well it FAILED the $55 inspection (that I also 1 for) for a variety of reasons: emissions, plate lights, & the check engine light is now on! I tell the guy who sold me the car that it needs to be fixed & he is liable- and he agrees. So I drop my car off AGAIN & then a few days later he called & said it's ready and asks if he can drop my car off at the inspection place but that I need to drive him back to Attleboro. I ask him what was done to the vehicle (in terms of fixing it) and he says he doesn't know. I asked for paperwork and he doesn't have it?!? I wanted my vehicle back & I have a young child- so I just agreed to drive him from North Scituate back to Attleboro- which everyone said to me was ridiculous! Have you ever heard of Uber? WEIRD & also cost me money, time, & gas to do that. So my car ended up passing the inspection. I drop him back off at his car dealership and I'm hoping this is the end of it. Fast forward to a few days after it passed the inspection & the check engine light is BACK ON and the air conditioning is NOT working and now the vehicle is also squeaking AGAIN. So I get in touch with the guy who sold me the car regarding these problems that he probably didn't fix and just rigged in order to pass inspection and he basically tells me NOTHING except the ac probably needs to be recharged again and it's about $35. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? How can these car dealerships just continue to screw people over like this? Not only did he sell me a car with a TON of issues but now that it passed inspection and he's no longer liable- he basically washed his hands of me. The best part is yesterday I was at Stop and Shop grocery shopping for the 4th of July & my trunk just FALLS OFF. Yep it literally fell out of my vehicle and by the grace of God I nor my toddler son weren't standing under it because we could have gotten badly hurt! I haven't even reached out to the car salesman because I'm beyond mad and upset. So now my "new" car has no trunk, no air conditioning, no weather tech trunk mat, and a check engine light on and something on the bottom of my car is loose and you can see it hanging down and it's scraping everywhere I drive! I also had to inspect the car myself- which I'm pretty sure is illegal. I got no temporary plates either- had to put my old plates on while driving it to & from this Attleboro dealership after being "fixed" or not fixed rather 3 times. So if you can AVOID this establishment when purchasing a car I would- or I would just want PAPERWORK, PAPERWORK, PAPERWORK, on everything the dealership is expected to do and paperwork on what they are legally obligated to do- because if not you'll end up like me- with a 5k car that's falling apart and breaking by the day! Oh I was also charged a $100 documentation fee (never heard of in my life) on top of the 5k I paid for the Nissan Murano. The only positive thing is there is some type of 90 day warranty on the car but I think it's only for the engine and tranny- which appear to be fine. Very Disappointed because I really really liked this car and by the looks of things I'm going to be putting hundreds of dollars into it!!
