Gave me a bill of sale, said I'd contact my bank and off the transaction goes. Should've been done before End of Business day. I tried to contact the owner and he ghosted me for three days (Friday thru Monday) and finally said he sold the car to someone else, shortly before opening on Monday. Refused to talk or discuss what happened since. Careful and buyer beware of the bait and switch this guy does. You'll only waste your time and money.

We first drove by when they were closed, and liked the appearance of the dealership, as well as the peek we had at the car. We came back the next weekend and bought it. It was hands down the best experience that we've had at a dealership -- no pressure, no haggling, just a good deal on a super nice car. We will start our search at CMS next time we're in the market. Until then, we'll keep sending our friends and family down to check them out.

I told them I'd pay the asking price if they fix a small dent and put my trailer hitch on it. They did these two things...all good, everyone happy. The car later failed inspection because the front tires were a little too bald. I thought Medway might try to get cute and put two used tires on the front so it would pass. I underestimated them...four new tires. I had already had the car about six weeks. They probably could have weasled out of it, but they put $700 worth of rubber on the car for me with a smile and a handshake. These people have good business ethics.

Up until now, my dad has been going there for a year or so, and unfortunately due to his poor naivete is just realizing that he's been ripped off by Bill countless times over the course. Upon doing my research looking up reviews on Bill's before going to him myself for my own car troubles a while ago, I was shocked to discover that this place was sued and fined $116k by Mass Attorney General Martha Coakley and had been suspended for issuing fraudulant passing inspection stickers to cars that had failed emissions control tests for a quick few bucks (Google it). Aside from my dad's contribution, I'm honestly dumbfounded about how this place remains in business. My very first time calling the center, Bill was rude, impatient over the phone and if anything sounded bothered/annoyed that I had called and literally sounded like he had just woken up. From what we've experienced from this place thus far, Bill has not been a man of his word; always wishy-washy and unreliable about when your car will be done. He'll tell you it'll be done tomorrow, and before you know it, you are calling daily until he finally tells you it's done, and it's a week and a half later. After finding out about Bill's legal woes and reading other customer reviews, I can only imagine what other purposes Bill has used my car for other than repairing them. Adding to the list Bill is inconsistent, and shamelessly lacks business ethics and/or integrity; not customer service forward at all and disrespectful in the way he approaches you, even in the way he speaks to you. He'll charge you unfairly - either that or for cheap, and then your car breaks down a week later (I'd know from experience). Most importantly he cares more about reaping money out of your pockets than fixing your car properly, much less salvaging any credibility he has left to his business. Very trashy, untrustworthy and sketchy operation. If I could I'd rate 0 stars, but Yelp doesn't allow it. Bye Bill

I stopped by today and was Impressed by the young man dealing with customers. He was polite, cheerful, and professional. In recent years, a smiling attendant has been a rarity. With the rise in gas and car part prices, I assume they also face unhappy customers. The employee today was good at his job and smiling the whole time. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. I believe I was overcharged for the…read moreservice provided, and to make matters worse, they denied responsibility for damage to my $8,000 paint protection film (PPF). I brought my 2022 Cayenne S in for a parking brake adjustment. The service advisor quoted a diagnostic fee of approximately $250 and mentioned that the total cost would typically range between $300 and $500. However, I was shocked when I received a bill for around $650. The itemized receipt showed a $250 diagnostic fee and $400 for labor plus tax. In my 20 years of dealing with both independent shops and dealerships, I've never been charged separately for diagnosis and labor when I choose to proceed with the service--typically, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the final cost of labor. For context, Porsche Westwood charges $820 for rear pads and rotors, and $400 for labor--a much more extensive service for nearly the same price. To make matters worse, the morning after picking up my vehicle, I noticed a 1/4" gouge in the PPF on my door. The damage appraisal came to $1,000 including the ceramic coating. I explained to the manager that I didn't see the damage at pickup because it was raining and water droplets camouflaged it. However, he claimed the security footage showed no signs of damage during brake service and refused to accept responsibility. he dismissed the fact that something could have damage the vehicle when they washed it- and kept repeating a brush couldn't have cause that kind of damage. Bottom line: Don't bring your $140K vehicle here. You may end up paying more than you would at the dealer--and with no accountability if something goes wrong.

I asked if they could fix xyz that was already diagnosed. They said yes. I dropped it off and later that day, they said xyz was fixed. I asked "Are you sure you fixed it? Can you confirm a mechanic drove the car off the lot to double check?" They replied "yes". In total, I spent 3.5 hours between public transit and driving going back and forth to them. I picked up the car, paid $90, drove it off the lot, and within 15 seconds noticed it wasn't fixed. I had to schedule an appointment the following week. When I went down again, I made a mechanic drive around the streets with me so he could witness xyz. Got back to the shop and he, along with other staff, were like oh wow this is going to require so much more work, we didn't check for xyz. Then I reminded them that their only job was to check xyz, nothing else. They said they could send me a quote in the next couple days do what they were supposed to do to begin with. I never heard back. Never got the $90 back from when they screwed up either.
