Stay away from this place. Elias is unprofessional. They took a month to replace a rear bumper and paint and put on two fenders. My hood wouldn't open when I got my back. The moldings were not put back on properly there was a huge gap and they tried to use glue. Lost all my clip that was on the moldings and they used sheetrock screws to drill in the molding under he wheel my rear bumper was missing two screws so it was rattling when I hit a bump. Where the fender meets the doors. The moldings does not look good they told me nothing they can do because the clips don't always fit back. Bunch of BS Ive had body work done B4 by other shops and they never had an issue with this. Stay away from Randolph center Auto if you want good service. They just want your money read more

Owner is a scumbag. Towed my car here, he said it was the starter. I told him he did my starter 14 months prior. He doesn't keep any receipts or documentation on any cars he does and blames it on "bad computers" so he puts the burden of any receipts on the customer which is totally unprofessional for a business. He said he called his three suppliers and all three said they hadn't delivered any starters to him within the timeframe which is just a bold lie from Eli. I paid $660 to get a second starter replaced. The car drove for an hour before the same issues started again. I brought it back and he said that this time he used a scanner to check the codes and a bunch of codes came up that he sent me screenshots of which the main issue was the CPU. So when I asked why he didn't check the codes in the first place he said you can't check the codes if the car doesn't start, so I asked him why he couldn't jump start the car and he said you can't jumpstart a car with a bad starter which Ive learned later isn't true. This con artist made me pay for a starter replacement that wasn't faulty and wanted me to leave the car so he could do more work on it and scam me even more. I took my car outta there and I'll never do business with this guy again. Eli is dishonest and insincere at best and not to be trusted. read more

This shop is a fraud I brought my car there for insurance claim during covid 19 and they glued the wrong parts on my car then was asked to fix the mistake cursed me out for being upset and to pick up my car with more damages on my car the paint jobs shows the paint was not blended correctly he tried to hit me and my husband with a shovel because the job was not done correctly calls the police on us saying we refused to pay which I did still my car was not fix properly dnt go here at all he needs to lose his license read more

i went to Randolph Auto Center on instinct. The very first day I met the owner Eli (a very nice man) I explain to him the problems I was having. He said I could drop it off right away. I told him I would drop it off a few days later. When I went to drop it off I met Nancy, the receptionist (very perky and upbeat) lady. I drop the car off. Within a few hours she called me to pick it up. They diagnose and fixed the problem very quickly. Long story short, I told them that I would like a new bumper, again, they gave me a good price, told me to drop it off whenever I'm ready and I did. My car had a number of issues happen at once; a "Check Emissions System" light, a "Check AWD" Light, low tire pressue, and an oil change. My car dash lit up every time I started it. I took my car to Randolph Center Auto and they couldn't have been more helpful and fair. I brought my vehicle in and they diagnosed this issues and gave me a very good price for all the work that needed to be done. They were very fast getting the parts they needed and did not overcharge me for the parts, which has happened to me in the past. Not only is he fair and honest but he won't give you the run around and he always calls and talks it out with you before doing any work that wasn't originally discussed. When I had my rear brakes replaced I had waited to long and had to replace my calipers as well. Before going any further he called me to ok it first, gave me a fair price on the parts and didn't even charge me for the extra labor! BUYERS BEWARE!!! This place is TRASH! The GOOD REVIEWS they seem to have are ALL OLD ONES! Turn around and go to the other places all down N Main St in Randolph. The owner and his WANNA BE co-partner mechanic are completely arrogant and disrespectful, for some odd reason think they're big shots. They will smile in your face meanwhile be robbing you of all your money behind your back. And this isn't the first time I've been here, before it was for their "prized" oil change. I went here yesterday out of desperation for a used tire on my lunch break being they were down the street. The next morning today it's completely flat an 8 out of 32 tire pressure when I had to go put air and be late for work! AND THEY OVERCHARGED ME BY $30 for it. Meanwhile, they also advertise an oil change for $14.95, again once they're done robbing you and finish the job they'll smile in your face and it will be over $30 and not the $14.95 for the SIMPLE AND BASIC oil change. The low beam light in my car suddenly went out on me while driving. As usual, I always bring my car to a Volkswagen dealer for service, I brought my car to Volkswagen in Granite Street, Braintree. They took my car to check what was wrong with the light. I waited almost two hours before the rep came to me with the news that they will have to change the whole unit of the front light in my car and the price to change the unit was not cheap. I told the guy that I do not have this kind of money and I will have to come back. I took the car to Randolph Auto Repair for a second opinion. I spoke with Eli when I get there. He asked me to give him a couple of hours so he can check for me. Luckily, they were able to take the car in before my ride comes to pick me up and in less than 3 minutes Eli came out to tell me that the car was done. Thank you for your service that day, Eli.
