JT Auto is the best! My lack of knowledge about the mechanical aspects of cars is embarrassing. It also makes me an easy target for being taken advantage of by anyone fixing my car. So when I come across a shop that's extremely honest, efficient and reliable, I definitely have to write a review! The mechanics who work here are very trustworthy and can basically fix anything and everything. I had a bunch of issues with my car and Joe fixed everything. I was completely and totally satisfied and happy. He also explained everything in a way that I could understand and put me at ease. There are very few businesses out there that genuinely care about their customers. JT Auto truly cares about providing their customers and their cars with the best service. As for the reviews that complain about how their cars weren't able to be worked on because of how busy they are - it only speaks to the high quality of work that JT Auto does - when people find a great and honest place to get their cars serviced and fixed - they stick with it. Called first about tire repair, guy said "sure bring it down". When we got there he said he was too busy and could not perform service.

Had gone to them about 2 weeks ago and had an incredible experience. My check engine light went on again, I called to let them know what happened and ask if I could bring it in and whoever I spoke to (didn't get a name) first laughed in my face when telling me no and then proceeded to yell at me for the next 5 minutes. I have never been so disrespected. Really thought I found a great mechanic, but after this I'm never going back. read more

I am not from the area and chose JT Auto based on online reviews and location (close proximity to work). They worked quickly and offered competitive pricing (far better than a dealership). They were also available via phone calls, and were friendly and honest. I would give 5 stars, but give 4 because when I went to pick up my vehicle, the check engine light was still on. Apparently, a technician knocked something loose, so I had to go another day without my vehicle. They did balance my wheels free of charge to make up for this, though. Overall a good experience, will be returning for future repairs and maintenance. read more

Just had oil change done and was extremely satisfied, was told wherever I had my previous oil changes done they weren't doing it right as filter was filthy and was pulling pieces of metal right in to it. I saw filter myself and it was disgusting. Will be back . read more

The guys at JT auto always go above and beyond to accommodate me, my work schedule, and my need for my car! They inform me of everything thats going to be done. They get the job done promptly and ALWAYS right. My previous mechanic had fixed my brakes within 3 days they were squealing again. Went back left the lot they were squealing, was told that "the sound should fade" that & "they were just new". 3rd time back took car home again within 2 weeks time "squeal" UGH. I was so frustrated and I really wanted to use this shop, as they were right around the corner from me. Finally brought it toTim, he explained that it was "cheap" materials that they were using. I didn't believe him initially, I thought well hows that working for them, c'mon really? A business wouldn't repeatedly shortchange someone doesn't make fiscal sense? Well on my 4th trip back I informed them what Tim had said (of course didn't use names) he barely looked at me and said "we'll handle it". Now I drive by there beep & wave, but will never go back! Haven't heard that squeal in a long time know! I've learned to recognize a person who is good at what they do when.. they have good communication skills, they make eye contact, they are clear and to the point, lastly & can somehow make a nurse understand about the innards of a car, thats a pretty good sign. Well thats the guys at JT Auto. They know their mechanics! Thankfully because I certainly don't! Jobs are always priced right. I'd rather not get a deal and just get it done right! So grateful I have a place to bring my vehicle where I totally feel like I can trust Tim & Joe. Thanks guys keep up the good work :) Its greatly appreciated! read more

Will they fix your car yes but at a price$85.00 hr,not too far off from the deal price.Also if you work on your car or truck and they see new parts they will blame you for the problems in your car or truck. You may have to bring it back a second time because it is not fixed.Not as smart as they think read more
