Not only is Mike thoughtful, precise, and incredibly skilled at what he does -- he truly cares. His attention to detail is unmatched, and his work ethic is like no other. Recently, my car was hit in a parking lot and, of course, the other driver took off. I was left with large, ugly marks all over my driver-side panels. It was frustrating, disheartening, and honestly just one of those things that gets under your skin every time you look at it. Mike remembered me from over a year ago, which completely blew me away. It really made me feel like part of the community. He took my car in within the week, and when I picked it up, it looked brand new again. I joked with him that his work didn't just restore my car it restored my state of mind. And it's true. I know it might sound dramatic to be emotional about a car, but we invest so much time and money into them, they're part of our everyday lives. When something happens that's out of your control, and you're left with marks that remind you of it every day, it really affects you. Mike didn't just fix the damage -- he took that mental image away, and that meant more to me than I can explain. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Mike answers every phone call himself, no voicemail, no middlemen. He speaks to you like a real person, not a salesman, and runs a truly honest, no-strings-attached business. The pricing is more than fair, and the quality of work is absolutely top-tier. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your car and you, Mike at Pro Detailing is your guy. I'll be back again and again, and I recommend him to everyone I know.

Lesson learned -- I'll never use a drive-through car wash again! I contacted Rainer, the owner of Lux Car Care, and he recommended a professional paint correction and buffing to remove the fibers and restore the finish. It was literally one of the best investments I've ever made in a vehicle! Rainer's work was absolutely amazing. When I got my Bronco back, the paint looked better than it did the day I purchased it. The difference was incredible. He even went the extra mile and took my Bronco badges to a local business to have them painted lime green to perfectly match my front grille -- an awesome custom touch that completely tied the look together. The attention to detail, quality of work, and customer service were outstanding. I honestly couldn't be happier with how my Bronco turned out. If you care about your vehicle and want it looking its absolute best, I highly recommend Rainer and Lux Car Care! All day 5 star review! I'll be back in Sept to have it ceramic coated!
