Gary, does everything possible to make a difficult situation after a car accident as pleasant as possible. He goes above what is needed to make sure that the experience is pleasant. He contacted the car rental company and the rental was waiting when we arrived from the accident. He kept me update on the progress of the repair and was very accommodating. He has an excellent reputation with insurance companies and is very reputable. Gary is meticulous and I will NEVER use another company.
