The lack of respect and customer service I received was truly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this dealership had a serious issue with customer service. The service department gave me the run-around, making it incredibly difficult to get a straightforward answer about the ongoing issues with my vehicle. What was even more shocking was when they attributed a vehicle problem to its color, suggesting that "it is what it is" because the car was white. This kind of excuse is not only absurd but also insulting to customers. The communication was another major problem. I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back, but it only happened after several reminders or when I visited the dealership in person. This lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable. Overall, my experience at Quirk Ram showed a complete lack of respect for customers and a disregard for their loyalty. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your automotive needs. This dealership's attitude towards its customers is simply unacceptable, and I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to make much-needed improvements. Last visit was June 12, 2023. He lied about what I was signing and stole $6000 and my trade in. When I called after realizing what happened, he claimed I knew what I was signing and that it was too late. He is a liar and a thief. Hayden lied to me as well. I see why he is divorced. I only signed because they lied. I have to refinance through my bank because when I showed them the paperwork, they looked sick and confirmed what they did to me was absolutely criminal. I will be taking necessary actions.

I have a 2011 Cadillac SRX so I have spent hundreds over the years to maintain my vehicle. Before I had my car towed I called the dealer and they were going to charge me almost $200 just to look at the car. I had the car towed to my house till I could decide what to do. The tow truck driver recommended Mullen Auto which is about 1/4 mile from my house. I checked their reviews and called them immediately. They could not look at my car for two weeks but I was willing to wait. I had my car towed to Mikes garage and they even looked at it a little sooner than planned. It was a starter motor! Since the check engine light was involved I thought for sure it was the transmission. I have been in Pembroke for over 40 years and have never brought my vehicles to Mikes garage. He now has a new lifetime customer!!! Incredible service, reasonable prices, great organized and clean operation. Mike is a great example of how a business should be run! I think that Andy's tow truck driver was sent my way for a reason.
