Hayden is incompetent and a liar. I kept saying no to their offers. I wanted to pay with cash and they wouldn't accept anything but financing. Finally, the owner came in and told me he would cut me a good deal. He lied about that. It was a worse deal then what I was previously saying "no" to. He lied about what I was signing and stole $6000 and my trade in. When I called after realizing what happened, he claimed I knew what I was signing and that it was too late. He is a liar and a thief. Hayden lied to me as well. I see why he is divorced. I only signed because they lied. I have to refinance through my bank because when I showed them the paperwork, they looked sick and confirmed what they did to me was absolutely criminal. Mike at Mullen Auto is incredible! About a month ago my car died and had to be towed. I have always used my dealership for repairs in the past. I have a 2011 Cadillac SRX so I have spent hundreds over the years to maintain my vehicle. Before I had my car towed I called the dealer and they were going to charge me almost $200 just to look at the car. I had the car towed to my house till I could decide what to do. The tow truck driver recommended Mullen Auto which is about 1/4 mile from my house. I checked their reviews and called them immediately. They could not look at my car for two weeks but I was willing to wait. I had my car towed to Mikes garage and they even looked at it a little sooner than planned. It was a starter motor! Since the check engine light was involved I thought for sure it was the transmission. I have been in Pembroke for over 40 years and have never brought my vehicles to Mikes garage. He now has a new lifetime customer!!! Incredible service, reasonable prices, great organized and clean operation. Mike is a great example of how a business should be run! I had an incredible experience at Mullen Auto. My 7 year old Subaru is finally showing some normal wear and tear and, when my check engine light came on, my best friend referred me to Mullen. They checked on the light and told me what was wrong on the spot and fixed it the next day. The price was extremely reasonable- paid for parts, each of which was outlined in the invoice as well as showed to me on the receipt from the original purchase from Subaru by Mike. A few days after my first repair, my car started making a terrible sound in the front end and I brought it back. It was not a problem that was caused by anything they did- it was from bad service from a nearby Subaru facility- which I knew bringing it in. They looked at it a day earlier than they originally stated they could and found that my entire wheel was loose- terrifying. They unattached and reattached the tires free of charge and sent me on my way! I will ABSOLUTELY go back. Mike is the nicest, most honest businessman I've met in a long time and I really appreciated his hard work and kindness. read more

Mullen Auto was a recommendation on Facebook. I called to see if they could work on my Jeep today and like many other Mechanics at this time, they are very busy. Was told I'd have to wait a couple weeks for any work to be done. But then unlike the other mechanics I called , the person on the phone took the time to ask a few questions regarding what was wrong. The guy walked me through what to try and said if that didn't work I could bring it in. Well it worked! Now he didn't have to do that, he could of just had me come in and charged me to fix the issue. We were recommended to go to Mullen by a friend who is a mechanic but at the time he couldn't do the work our car needed. Mullen Auto Group quoted us $800 to replace my clutch but the final bill only came to $600. When have you ever gotten out of a garage spending less than the estimate?!! Never! My husband and I can not say enough good things about them. In fact, our second car is there today having work done too. In some occasions they have actually talked me out of work since they did not see a need, they don't try to push unneeded work. I got my Jeep Cherokee fixed here recently when it was making some nasty cranking noises. My family was recommended to Mullens as we were told Mike (main mechanic) was awesome. Mike was very friendly on the phone, I called on a Monday and he had me in on a Wednesday which was very reasonable. I explained my issue and he said he would gladly look at it. I dropped my car off at about 8AM and he was finished up with it by 3. He explained the issue to me and even showed me the part that was replaced and what was wrong with it, if that isn't an honest mechanic I don't know what is. Very hard to find these days. On a side note, he worked on my mom's jeep for a computer board issue previously. Other dealers told her it would be well over $1000 to get it fixed. Mike spent all day looking into this. He found an issue but it was out of his power to fix it, after all day looking into it he didn't even charge her and he referred her to a refurbisher to save her money! Was looking for an honest mechanic, and found one at Mullen. The check engine light is usually a free pass for mechanics to rack up the "necessary" repairs. Had a different mechanic in Weymouth tell me the car needed $600 worth of repairs and that the car was "unsafe to drive." Mullen gave me the real story, that the light was triggered due to an emissions issue and that while I should probably have it fixed, the car was unlikely to break down in the meantime. Didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. I will definitely head to Mullen the next time I need repairs done. read more

Mike at Mullen Auto is phenomenal. My family has been going to him for years and he is without a doubt the best, most honest mechanic in the area. It's crazy that I haven't written a review sooner. I bought a 2000 Corolla from Mullen Auto that is still on the road and safe and dependable enough for my grandmother to drive. I recently got a well-preserved 1998 Ford Escort with only 75k miles on it back on the road, and after receiving estimates from other mechanics in Boston for between $700-$1,300 for fixes my car didn't need to run safely, I made the trek to the South Shore to Mullen Auto. Mike was able to tune it up for a fraction of the cost within 2 days (though he's a lot busier now since word has spread around town about the quality of his business) and explained what my car did and didn't need long-term. He'll be the only mechanic I consult in the future and he's worth the drive from Boston. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone in Greater Boston and the South Shore. read more
