A couple days in, my fiancé went to check in because he hadn't heard anything. Turns out he was stalled because his buffer was broken but never contacted us. My fiancé fixed his buffer so he could get back to work and gave him a deadline to finish. After all that, my fiancé was blown away that he was still expecting full price for the poor job. There is now a stench in the car that we can only assume has come from a moldy carpet cleaner. I have to bring it to another detailer to redo the carpets because it's giving me constant headaches a waste of time and money.

Came back from a road trip and needed to have my car cleaned inside and out. I opted for the 2 Step…read moreExterior with a separate charge for an inside express wash, which came up to $220. When booking an appointment, there was a miscommunication hat the manager will come pick up the car, but ended up not happening due to language barriers. That's fine, I drove the car there and took an Uber back. Took them an hour and a half to complete my car and was told I would need to pick it up by 3:30 (since they can only park my car there for 3 hours). I had to leave work early and take Uber back to grab my car. That's fine. I didn't really get a chance to check my car there, but when inspecting my car after I got home, I noticed a bunch of spots that got missed...especially since this is a 2 step Exterior and paid separate for interior. Inside, they missed a spot on the driver side door latch and had a liquid drip spot on the passenger side. Exterior, the bumper still had a bunch of missed bug splats...not even small ones. Also didn't wipe down the driver side side-mirror so it had some white residue. The roof had a bunch of random spots that looked like they didn't wipe it clean or at all. Lastly, this might be nit-picking but they didn't clean the inside of the fuel door. For the amount of money paid, I definitely expected a better job on the exterior as it was the two step exterior. Other than that, the owner was very responsive and communicated to his staff. When I arrived, the staff were also really nice, although a bit rushy. They definitely did a better job inside the car than outside. The inside was pretty spotless besides the door handles. Don't know if I would go back as a quick wash place would have yielded similar results for much much less.

Sounded pricey. I ran it over to BAW along with a set of spark plugs I got direct from LR (I thought I could change them til I couldn't figure out how to d/c electrical). He replaced plugs, told me my brakes were corroded w photo. Also, what was causing engine light. Surprise! The fuel line, which on a Rover is the whole flippin' system. We did brakes first, then the fuel system. I'm SO HAPPY! She's better than she's been in ages! I can be pretty tough to please and I'm giving Jon and his place two thumbs up.
