I had such a great experience with Danilchuk Auto Body. They were very professional and kept me updated with excellent communication about when my car would be ready. The work was completed quickly, and they even detailed my car before giving it back to me--it looked fantastic! They took care of everything, including contacting the rental car company, and when I came to pick up my car, they made returning the rental completely hassle-free. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and super nice - Rosana, Maddy, and Rob! Highly recommend! read more

Rob and his team are the best! It is great to have an auto body shop where you don't feel intimidated when you stop by with a concern about your car. They are prompt, courteous, and skilled. I no longer drive a car that looks like it needs some work because I don't hesitate to ask Rob and Danilchuk to help me get it looking great again. read more

Danilchuk Auto Body was recommended by my neighbor. I wish he had told me about them earlier. Courteous, professional, efficient, and reasonably price. Took me in without an appointment and I cant' say enough how glad I am that I went to Danilchuk in East Boston. read more

I can't speak highly enough about Rob and the team at Danilchuk Auto Body! When I found myself in a bind with a ding to my quarter panel that flattened the body edge, it couldn't have happened at a worse time--right during Easter week. But thanks to Danilchuk's incredible team, I was amazed by the stunning repair they pulled off in such an accelerated time crunch. Not only was their work top-notch, but they were also the most cost-effective option in the Boston area. I took the time to compare a few other estimates, and they all paled in comparison--both in terms of price and turnaround time. With their elite services, exceptionally accommodating customer service, and unbeatable prices, Danilchuk Auto Body has undoubtedly earned the title of the best auto body shop in Boston. It's a huge relief knowing I have a team I can rely on for any auto body needs. Cheers, John C. read more

Rob at Danilchuk is fantastic! My car was dead by my house and I didn't have jumper cables, so Rob was kind enough to drive over from the shop and jump my car for me. He diagnosed that I need a new battery too, which was extremely helpful. I've also had my brakes replaced at Danilchuk in the past and they were efficient, respectful, and charged a fair price for the work. Highly recommend Danilchuk Auto Body for all car work! read more

Decided to work with Danilchuck based on YELP reviews and was not disappointed. The repair work done to my car was top notch. At first I was disappointed with the scope of repairs and they worked with my insurance company to get additional work done. In the end, my car looks like new. Rob was terrific to interact with. read more

I will never go anywhere other than Danilchuk. They are beyond friendly and accommodating and always give 110% toward the work they perform. Eric has always maintained constant communication and is a pleasure to talk to each time we visit. Rob is great too, he even loaded my bags and pre-started my car with the A/C on so that when I arrived my car would be nice and cool! Trust me when I say you will NOT be disappointed if you bring your vehicle to Danilchuk Auto Body! read more

Had to have my suv repaired after being sideswiped / hit. Could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism from Eric and the team. They did an outstanding job dealing with the insurance company, getting the estimate submitted, coordinating the car rental, doing the repair work and keeping me informed every few days on the status of the repair / returning the car. The car looks as good as new! Top-notch all around! read more

My car got side swiped last week, I had some shallow scratches on the Drivers side of the car on the back corner. Well I brought it to Danilchuk to ask them for an estimate on detailing/buffing to get the scratches out, and to get their opinion on if that would work. 10 minutes after I get there, they bring me out to my car, it's scratch free and they wouldn't take a dime for it. Absolutely made my day to see my car looking brand new again and to be reminded that there's still plenty of good people in this world! I'll be bringing my car back here the next time I need anything done! Thank you for the kindness and wonderful service! read more

Absolutely outstanding service and my car looked better than it did when I bought it! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend enough!! read more

This is the only place I will ever go to! I was so nervous about bringing my car some place to have it looked at. I know nothing about cars and felt like this was a perfect opportunity to be completely taken advantage of. I don't know the name of the gentleman who helped me, but I will be forever grateful for his kindness and honesty. A good and honorable man. Thank you so much!! read more

It has been my second time going to this body shop. The guys did really good job. Once I got the estimate from the insurance company it took about 2 weeks do get my car fixed. I had a slight accident in Boston and Danilchuck Auto Body was a place that fixed my VW a year ago so I decided to use their services again. This time they changed my front bumper, the fog lights and the left fender. Now the vehicle looks like brand new!!! read more

Called Danilchuck Auto Body on a Wednesday afternoon to see if they could help me with a tire that kept losing air pressure. Less than 24 hour later someone came to meet me at my condo to check out the tires. Since it was safe to drive I went to the shop later that afternoon and my tire was patched up and ready to go in less than 20 minutes. Thank you to Eric and Rob for making this a painless process! Will definitely return for all my auto body needs. read more

The crew at Danilchuk are pros. I've had a few times I've needed auto body repair in the last year or so & these guys go above & beyond. Quick turnaround & friendly service. They even detail your car for you! Who could ask more?! Stop scrolling and call these professionals. read more

I can't believe how good a job they did replacing a front door and fender, even exactly matching the half of the racing stripe that had been there. All I had to do was give Ron my car key and the insurance papers and he did all the rest, picking up my car and delivering it back, dealing with the rental car. Now that's what I call service! What's more, my car was returned cleaner - both inside and out -than I had ever seen it. And I don't know if this is my imagination but the car seems to drive better than before.(A note for not-so-brave single women like me: don't be put off by Ron's somewhat rough appearance. He's super nice, polite and easy-going.) read more

Just got our car back from Danilchuk. It was a great experience all things considered. They met us in Charlestown - on time. Took the car then and there. He estimated a week to repair the damage and gave us an accurate estimate quickly. They finished in 9 days, dropped the car off at our home, did a courtesy detailing of the car and took care of the insurance claims. Easy... and the car looks great. My only issue is that they never answered my e-mail asking for a status update. Considering they were exceedingly helpful by phone, I'm still giving them 5 stars. I would use them again... (but hope I won't ever need them...) read more

Reliable, courteous, professional. We always have a great experience here. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the work Danilchuk did on my damaged SUV. Apart from fixing the body and auto door locks, they handled everything with my insurance company and the rental car as well. This is a nice family business and is very busy, but they always had updates noted in their system/my file and had the SUV done when promised. Highly recommend! read more

After seriously denting, scratching and doing all kinds of damage to my drivers side back door thanks to an unfortunate encounter with a brick wall while attempting to make a tight squeeze out of a parking garage, I brought my car to Danilchuk. Rob, Eric and all the staff at Danilchuk were so friendly! They explained everything that needed to be done, helped me with the insurance and rental car companies, and had everything repaired to perfection within one week. I can't express how much I appreciate the phenomenal job they did and highly recommend this Auto Body Shop to anyone in the East Boston area. Hopefully it won't be anytime soon, but if I ever have another accident, I know where I'm going for sure!! Danilchuk is the best!! read more

Very thankful for the incredible service and work of Danilchuk. Recently I had to go there after vandalism to my car. They were super responsive and Rob went over everything with me in order to ensure I had a solid understanding of the process. The receptionist was warm and inviting and also very supportive! They worked with our insurance company to figure everything out and provided truly outstanding service. Our car looks and feels amazing after they've had it and we are very thankful for all of their work! We will definitely be returning for service to our cars! read more

staff very rude. I don't recommend unless you like to be bulled.

I wish I could give 6 stars!!!!!!! My car was in 2 accidents this year, once in January after the huge blizzard and once in August (repeat customer over here ) Rob was so amazing at going over every detail of the process from quote to pickup. He also NEVER highballed me for parts or labor and often articulated multiple replacement solutions that would drive down cost without skimping on quality. For my second accident I was going through my insurance to get the money to fix my car- I was fully ready to go through the whole process to get my check on my own BUT Rob and his team took it upon themselves to work with my insurance company to make sure that they were paid and I never put my card down... talk about customer service!! Also Cindy and the front desk was so nice and friendly every single time I went to the shop, which really added to my experience. Finally, as a single woman who knows nothing about cars I felt extremely comfortable and supported at this business which is VERY HARD TO FIND. please please please if you are considering working with this Autobody shop DO IT.. you will not regret it!! read more

Danilchuk auto body is the best around! Only place I would go to take my car! I recently got my car serviced there and it came back to me better than ever! I don't write many reviews but I can't help myself after this experience. I didn't even get my car repaired here, my sister did, I just need to tell this customer service experience. My sister and I were going away on a family vacation, Danilchuk Auto Body was recommended to her from a friend. They agreed to take her car while we were out of town, just drop it off on her way out. We drove over and as she was dropping the car off, I was trying to get an Uber to take us to the airport. The service on my phone was miserable and I couldn't get it to load. In comes Eric, he offered to take us to the airport. He was so polite and so accommodating and I just couldn't believe he would take a customer to the airport, talk about above and beyond. He dropped us off and as I'm waiting in the security line I realize I can't find my wallet, panic totally sets in. My sister calls Eric and he said he would run back to the shop and check her car, of course it was in the front seat. He grabbed it and came all the way back to the airport to give it to me. This all happened during rush hour, after hours for him, he obviously had plans that evening as he had his girlfriend with him. I have no idea who this man is or how long his family has owned this body shop but let me tell you, you will almost NEVER find a shop with this kind of customer service. This man actually gave a s**t and treated us like humans, talk about compassion. O, and my sisters car looks amazing! If you live in the area and need your car repaired, I wouldn't go to anyone else, if your car is driveable, they're worth the wait! read more

When I discovered my car had been broken into I was more than distraught. They shattered the window, broke my mirror and, I assume, after finding that the bag they were going to steal was empty they also trashed the interior of my car. Even though I have insurance, I knew that this was going to cost me time, money and a huge headache given previous experiences trying to fix my car. I dreaded it. Danilchuk Autobody changed my perception entirely. Knowing Eric Danilchuk I called him first, he told me to bring the car into the shop. He gave me the information I would need when talking to my insurance company and that he would handle the rest. After a FIVE minute conversation with my insurance agent, they told me that they would call back if there were any further questions. The next call I received was from the Danilchuk Autobody shop telling me my car was ready to be picked up less than a week later. I couldn't believe that it was the same car. They not only fixed all the damage to the exterior of the car, but also had it professionally detailed. They put in new floor mats, washed it, and provided me with the best customer service I have ever received. All FULLY COVERED by my insurance. Amazing. I'm not kidding when I say I almost felt like leaving a check for whoever it was who broke into the car because it now feels like a brand new car. I can't speak highly enough of Danilchuk Autobody. I encourage you all to call them first, as they are the premier auto body shop in Massachusetts, perhaps in the world. THANK YOU!. read more

We had been loyal clients of Danilchuk's for over 30 years. Recently my truck was damaged due to a contractor, I brought my truck to Danilchuk to be repainted and have all the damage and scratches corrected as well as the windshield replaced. While replacing the windshield they scratched the paint on my hood which he never repaired they broke both of the window rain guard visors in order to get my truck out fast they missed or ignored more than half of the dents and scratches he was to have repaired. Shoddy substandard work and excuses, avoid like the plague as far as using Danilchuk again I'm done! Mike D. read more
