this "shop" is a scam ... Adam is known for taking sledge hammers to cars, to get a supplement claim for way more money than what the car originally needs. Then, he pockets the money and doesn't fix anything. i took my brand new car there with a tiny dent, they had my car for 3 months. My insurance which was commerce at the time said DO NOT GO THERE, but I already did, so I left it there, with the promise of it being fixed & looking brand new again! I should have pulled my car right out of there. FYI - when other customers of his tried to get their cars back when their insurance warned them about Adam, he would keep cars - refuse to give them back w/o some kind of compensation that he did not deserve or earn! Then he'd scam people by waiting 3 weeks to start working on their cars, so when the car is finally "done", Adam will tell the customer they cant have their car until they cover the storage costs. oh, and don't be surprised if you're out on the road in your rental one day and you see YOUR car being driven by some stranger. Adam has so many restrictions in his shop & with so many insurance companies that he has to send cars to other shops & mechanics, etc. The fact that Accurate Collision is still open for business, is SICKENING! One google search of Adam Haddad and you'll see all the news articles and videos of him in court for his FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!!!! So this is my warning to anyone reading this. DO NOT GO HERE! You'll leave with a car that is NOT fixed & NOT SAFE! when I got my car back, they didn't reconnect my side mirror camera. I had to Google it and do it myself! It wasn't easy either. Had to print this page and then calibrate the mirror with it to calculate the blind spot. The people at Honda couldn't believe it. I did it all on my own, def not 100% correctly, but still, wtf! Sara at the shop was like "wow you saved us x amount of dollars by doing it yourself" ... i could keep going on and on... when I took my car there, commerce insurance was already a few years into investigating Adam Haddad for insurance fraud. I didn't know. And the bs I went through because of his issues with commerce made my whole situation a nightmare. fast forward 2 years to the end of my lease, I was trading my car in for a new one, going into a new lease. It wasn't supposed to cost anything. Once they pulled the carfax - STRUCTURAL DAMAGE - basically totaled! I had to come up with $4K to get into my new lease once the dealer saw what the POS did to my beautiful new car. this man is trash. His business is a joke. It's all fraud. All scams. All lies. do not be Adam Haddad's next victim! read more

Having car troubles can be stressful and unwelcoming. I want to share a recent experience I had with this amazing team Accurate Collision. During my 18 years in Boston I had many car problems and I have never received a treatment and service so professional and helpful like I did on November 1st, this passed year 2016. On Halloween night, my car got vandalized. I woke up ready to head the gym before work and I found my car completely broken, windows smashed, scratches everywhere and more. First thing I did was call the police. After an hour of waiting I decided to call the police station and complain. They asked me to bring the car to the station. After being there for over three hours my patience disappeared and my anger started to flow. I contacted Accurate Collision center and after noticing my state of mind offered not only to come to the police station and help me with the situation but brought a loan car so I could take it to work right away. I did not have to go and rent a car, I did not have to worry about a thing. They help me in a way that made my day feel like I did not have any troubles or issues that day. The girls at the office are professional and they go above and beyond to take care of clients and that for me is rare to find. After they took the car in, they took the time to fix it and make sure everything was not only looking like new but also working properly. I am grateful and satisfied with the entire experience they have provided me with. I know if I ever have any problem again I will call them in an instant. I want to thank Sarah and Alessandra for helping me so much everyday with questions and issues. Adam you are a terrific business man and I am extremely thankful. I highly recommend Accurate Collision. read more

If you need a no BS, customer first service, look no further! These guys will make sure you're taken care of. I woke up and found, my car damaged; the next day Accurate Collision took care of everything! These guys really know what they're doing- specially Roberto Duarte. They not only know how to fix cars but they also know how insurance companies work and will make sure you're not taken advantage of. My insurance company wanted to take my car away for an evaluation and they made sure thatl the adjuster went to their shop instead; my insurance wanted me to pay $500 deductible and they made sure that I didn't! So I woke up at the exact day I was supposed to get my car and it was there, clean and looking brand new as if nothing happened! read more

I honestly cannot say enough about the team at Accurate Collision. Sara and Adam were both so accommodating and helpful. I hate dealing with auto body shops because it ends up taking weeks for the repair. My car needed a new front bumper and the team took care of it within a week - plus it looks like a brand new car. They also helped with an in-house rental and even dropped off my car at work given my hectic work schedule. I HIGHLY recommend Accurate for all auto body needs. The customer service and care for their clients is beyond. Thank you!! read more
