Worse still, after taking my car to the dealership for a follow-up inspection, the technician discovered damage to the front axle, hub, and bearing--despite the accident occurring in the rear. Sako Auto Body had completely missed this or refused to address it, leaving me to cover those costly repairs out of pocket. On top of all that, the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) warning light is now permanently on--something that wasn't an issue before the accident or before they worked on the car. Overall, I found their service careless and unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them again and can't recommend them to anyone looking for quality and accountability.

I took the car to Mike's Auto Body, since they were good to me when I went to them 10 years ago. Mike was very personable then. I dread going through the process of getting quotes etc. knowing that the price and time would be an inconvenience to my busy work schedule. I drove my car in, hoping they'd give me a quick estimate at best and an appointment for (an estimate) another time at worst. Eric came straight out, looked over what needed to be done (I also asked for some scratches to be buffed out) and gave me an estimate of time and price. The guys took my trim off whilst I waited, then I left to return a couple of weeks later to have the license plate and trim reattached, as well as scratches buffed out. Some of the scratches were pretty bad, but the staff warned me not to expect them to be perfectly removed, which was what I'd already suspected. For the price, they did a great job. Often times, I expect to be denigrated in one way or another (it's just my experience in life) when I seek service for my car, renovations to my house, etc... however, the staff at Mike's Auto Body have always been respectful toward me. Mike gave me the confidence to go back this time, so I assume the professional and respectful behaviour comes from the top down. I truly won't go anywhere else. The price, though excellent, was secondary to the professionalism and respect the staff show me.

Although they are certified to repair electric vehicles, they weren't able to (which is understandable) so they had it towed to a dealership for my make of car (also understandable). However, instead of towing it to one a few miles away in a neighboring town where we bought it, they towed it to LEOMINSTER, where it remains, three months later, at a shop that is barely working on it and hasn't figured out what's wrong with it. When I asked the guys why they had it towed to Leominster, they said that they had a relationship with them, which I'm sure is true, but is a terrible reason to send a car 50+ miles away to a shop that is unprofessional and won't complete the repairs in a timely manner. Initially, Medford Auto Group also tried to give me back the car when there was a warning message on the startup screen, telling me that it "should go away while driving" and to bring it back if it didn't. Well, it didn't go away, and instead I got stranded when the car wouldn't even open with the manual key and it had to be towed again. That they were willing to say "hey good enough, don't worry about this warning light" and send me on my way with the car was pretty unprofessional. Because the car needed more work at that point, we had it taken directly to the dealership, but our dealer won't touch it because it was already taken to a different dealership, so back to Leominster it went. I have no doubt that if you have an uncomplicated repair this place can take care of it fine. But if it requires any kind of work outside their wheelhouse, expect them to prioritize their relationships over the customer experience.

I was deceived by the positive reviews and the fact the body shop looked fairly new . My 2016 Toyota Highlander was hit on the driver's side and needed repair on the front fender, side mirror ,driver's door ,passenger door , rear quarter panel , rear bumper , rear wheel . When i dropped my vehicle , i was told it would take about two to three weeks to have repaired . Vehicle was left on a Monday with the insurance check . I went back to get something in the car on Thursday and 60% of the work was already done . The other 40% took another 2 months !!! When the time came to pick my car , My weathertech winter mats were gone ! Rear bumper had over 1 inch gap from the quarter panel , the bottom of passenger door had a gap of over 2 inches from the body of the vehicle .It was supposed to be completely closed( This is unbelievable ! ) , Driver seatbelt was jammed , happened when they tried to fix the gap on the passenger door , the car had a nasty cigarette odor inside (Car was bought new and no one ever smoked inside ) . I told them to fix what was wrong and gave them another week . When i came to pic it up again i notice a scratch on the passenger door that was replaced .They tried to buff it out but couldn't . I also notice they painted over a dent on the front fender and a dent on the driver door that they were supposed to fix and Instead of installing i new side mirror (paid by the insurance ) they just replaced the glass on the old one that got hit and now it's falling apart because the glue they used couldn't hold it together( This i noticed two months after pick up as the glue weakened ) . The gas tank lid wasn't even painted on the inside and they had to do it over . They also left my engine compartment covered in bodyshop dust ! They also left overspray on windshield ( Professional places always go over and remove overspray ) .When i left the vehicle i told them to take a good care of the car that i would leave a great review about it . That's how they took care of it . Positive reviews can left by friends , employees , family members and people who don't know how to inspect their vehicles so be careful in what you chose to believe . I took the car home and after noticing other faults in different light conditions i went back to tell them what kind of review i'd be leaving . One of the managers told me that i caused the dents on the front fender and driver door . Then i showed him that there was no damage to the clear coat and paint and the dents were clearly ignored by the bodyman . This time around, there were some damages to the front of my vehicle. The accident occurred after Christmas and I was scheduled for a drop-off a couple weeks after my insurance contacted the location that I'd need work done. They called me to schedule the drop-off, which provided seamless customer service. Drop-off was quick and easy as I didn't require a rental. I was quoted 2 weeks for repair time but it was done in little over a week. I went to attempt to pick up my vehicle yesterday and the valet attendant accidentally locked my key in the car and I did not have the spare key on me. The mechanic was attempting to get my car open for a bit and I asked what was happening as a bit of time had passed and was informed of the situation. It was 6°F outside so this may have contributed to their difficulty in unlocking my car. The desk staff offered to compensate for an Uber as I was going to be late for work and compensate my Uber to come pick up my car later that day. I decided to take public transit instead to work and they called me a few minutes once I got on the train that they unlocked my car and would deliver my car to my workplace later within the day instead of having me come pick it up. The owner of the establishment gave me a phone call later that day to apologize for the inconvenience and also stated he'd be dropping my vehicle off for me. I received text notifications upon his arrival and my car had returned to my possession. Glenville Terrace Auto Body never fails to provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I appreciate the interior and exterior clean that they provide as well and my car is always looking great after repairs.
