We have been customers of Scrub a Dub for 40 years! We are Scrub a Dub believers, enthusiasts, and…read moreloyalists. The nuts and bolts of the Chelsea Scrub a Dub tunnel car wash are very good; the quality of the (tunnel) car wash is very good, HOWEVER: (1) The Chelsea car wash is a high volume car wash/operation for Scrub a Dub. Commensurate with high volume, comes income and profitability, which, in my opinion, commands high levels of Scrub a Dub "management's attention," on-going maintenance, and efficiency. The latter is lacking at Scrub a Dub's Chelsea car wash, and has been on a downhill slide for several years. For example, why pay a lot of money for a car wash, to exit the car wash to a "pond/lake," that, as soon as your car exits the car wash, trashes your clean car? See the attached pictures of the pond/lake, at the exit of the tunnel car wash. This condition has existed for 3 years. How could that be?; (2) Speaking of maintenance, and monitoring systems, how could it be that the lights behind the car wash feature signs in the tunnel wash, are constantly burned out, and one can't tell what add-on their car is receiving, or the add-on that one asked not to receive? This, is, again, another sign of Scrub a Dub Chelsea's failed maintenance and monitoring (an Absentee Landlord!); (2) The self-service car wash bays are in a constant state of disrepair. For example, the other night, as is often the case, I went to apply pre-wash or pre-clean/soak to my car, and all I got was a minute of compressed air, no solution. This is a regular event, not an unusual occurrence. How could this be? I wonder, does Scrub a Dub's management, cycle through the car wash as "their customer would/does" to live the dream of their customer? After 1 minute of lost time on the meter, I came to the conclusion that I was not going to get pre-wash or pre-clean/soak. Then, to make matters worse, when I moved the dial to the wash cycle, the machine dispensed no soap. This is a regular event. In my opinion a sign of failed maintenance program, and an Absentee Landlord. This by the way, was after pulling into two prior car wash bays that had equipment that was broken or disassembled; (3) The "car mat clips" remain, often inoperable, over-used, and worn out. They do not support even the skinniest of car mats, including the most popular brand of car mats, Weathertech. The "car mat clips" are old, long ago in need of replacement. Maintenance? quality assurance? it does not exist; (4) The gangs, blaring music, trespassers are an ongoing liability to the Chelsea Scrub a Dub car wash; the staff (including Scrub a Dub's "Security"), entirely disregard unacceptable behaviors (like car wash bays that are occupied by thugs who are not washing their cars, blaring music, alleged music that is nothing but shouted expletives, etc). In my opinion, the Scrub a Dub Chelsea car wash needs regular visits and oversight be Scrub a Dub's best and brightest leadership and owners.

The staff is friendly and greets you on the way in. I was able to have my car looked at and brought in for the state inspection almost immediately. They have a couple garages so I'd expect they rarely have a wait. They also do have a waiting room inside for you to sit, so you won't be waiting for your vehicle outside in the sun. Overall, the entire process took 10-15 minutes and I was back on the road! If you need your state inspection sticker, I'd recommend that you pay Broadway Gulf a visit. Tip: -They also do other services like oil changes and tire repairs

The cover is scratched, DOESN'T FIT MY CAR, and how Fred didn't even come out of his office to speak with me. When I got my car back & saw the damage BEFORE I left, I was nauseated. I drove off, to mu surprise they took my car vacuumed it, put the passenger rug upside down UNDER the weathertek floor mat. My feet & the mat were slipping around. I had to pull over to figure out what was wrong. When I saw that, my first thiught was how can they do body work if they can't figure out mats? I took the car to the car wash to get the mud off so i could see other damage. After the wash, I vacuumed my vehicle, moved the rest of the weathertek floor mats to see crackers smooshed into the carpet, mud (in the backseat floor rug, under huge weathertek mat, mud on the back of my passenger seat, wrappers from crackers under the passengers front seat. The passenger front weathertek mat was upside down as well. The backs of my backseat was civered in dirt. Pieces of my old front end was still in the cargo area. Everything I had strung out in my vehicle was in the cargo area. The cover to the cargo area was reinstalled upside down and some idiot pulled it, broke it, now it doesnt recoil. My insurance company sent Atlas my poor review and I get not 1, but 2 standard letters from Sergio Linares. First one 12/24/2025, second one dame as the first today 1/2/2026, enclosed. I highly recommend them for their honesty, quality, and fast turnaround. _______________________________ In January 2024, I was T-boned on the highway after another driver hit a patch of ice and spun out while merging, leaving my truck with significant damage. After filing a claim with my insurance, they recommended a few shops, and I chose Atlas Auto Body in Revere based on their great reviews and convenient location. From the moment I reached out, the experience was incredibly smooth. They got my truck (Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) in right away and handled everything from the assessment to the insurance paperwork without me needing to lift a finger. During the initial inspection, they were extremely meticulous, pointing out damage I hadn't even noticed to ensure everything would be addressed. Greg was especially communicative and kept me updated every step of the way. The repairs were flawless. My truck looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. They also detailed the interior, which was in rough shape when I brought it in, and I really appreciated that extra effort since it wasn't something they were required to do. While cleaning, they found my lost wallet, which I thought was long gone, proving just how thorough they were.
